Just went through my first week at the Hillsborough location. I like the setup, the trainer I have worked with is great. It's nice and lowkey from a process perspective, but I am definitely working. The way they get your heart rate up then get you to the weights really works you out in a good way. Pressure free but they get you to work. I'm used to working out outdoors, and this feels like the first place I can stay motivated, not have to deal with crappy weather, but not get bored so when I'm outside I can have fun.

The smaller group setting allows the instructors to give personalized feedback on form and push you just the right amount. I also love that they track your weights and reps, so there's a clear sense of progress. I feel motivated and confident, knowing my workouts are designed for my individual goals. I can't recommend Pratt Personal Training enough!

As someone new to gyms, I was nervous about starting, but Pratt Personal Training made it an amazing experience. My trainer tailored sessions to my pace, focused on proper form, and celebrated my progress. In weeks, I gained confidence, strength, and energy. Perfect for beginners!

Loving the program so far! Jayme is a great fitness instructor - he provides a personalized plan to set you up for success. Very motivating. The facility is in a great location as well, bright and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.

My first class was an awesome experience. I appreciated the videos/info sent prior to my first class - made it easy to prepare & get started right away. The format of the class really worked for me & I appreciated working at my pace and having a coach cue my form and push me to lift the right weights. The space is nice and open, and clean! Can't wait for class 2!
