Relentless training facility is the only gym that’s helped me changing my body and health to the better.. it got the family and friendly atmosphere unlike the commercial gym everywhere . Highly skilled trainers who provide us with whatever we need to push us further as beginners or professional athletes.. it’s a 24 hours access, top equipment and always clean!! I’m extremely happy with the gym I enrolled my young son in the kickboxing classes with coach David Reza who is an amazing coach.I highly recommend it and I’m glad I knew about this gym where I met a lot of down to earth, kind hard working people I call them friends right now.

This gym is great for busy parents. The boxing program and women’s self defense is awesome for all levels/ages and full of positive people that care about fitness. The kids boxing program is amazing. I feel healthier and more confident walking around with my son. It’s open 24/7 for members so I can squeeze in a work out around my own work schedule and I can even bring my son and not have to worry about a childcare center. This gym is very family friendly. Ask for the boxing coach David!

Hands down one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I just love that it is family oriented and everyone motivates each other. There is no judgment every one there truly wants the best for one another. This gym is not like the others everyone there is very trusting and honest. I have left my AirPods sitting on the stair master multiple times for hours and no one try’s to steal them. They either turn them in or they will leave them in the same spot because they know someone will come back for them. If you all haven’t been to this gym you need to go. I promise you will love it.

Soooo this is my gym and I LOVE IT. This gym is very welcoming and helpful. It has everything I need to be a well rounded powerlifter. If you are looking for classes they offer that as well. Speaking from a powerlifter point of view this is the gym. Has all the equipment you will ever need to make sure you stay with your programming. There are powerlifters around that offer knowledge and encouragement. If you are new to working out and want to get in this would be the place even if you just start a membership and do your own thing. You will fill comfortable and welcome. The gym is extremely veteran supportive as well. Don’t wast anytime come on and get it started.

I had a fantastic experience at Relentless Training Facility. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were very nice and communicative. Even though I had to leave due to a recent move, I would have happily continued my membership. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a great gym environment!

Incredible Results and AMAZING Community! After having my second baby, I struggled to lose the last 10 pounds, but Fernando at Sosa Strength and Conditioning made it possible! Over the last two years, he has been a positive, motivating, and consistent force, and I always looked forward to his classes. Fernando and his team have created an amazing, supportive community at the gym, which makes every workout enjoyable. Not only did they help me achieve my fitness goals, but Fernando also kept me accountable and treated me like family throughout the process. If you're looking for a coach who genuinely cares about your success, I highly recommend Sosa Strength and Conditioning. Fernando and his team are simply awesome!

I absolutely love working out with Fernando & his team! I am typically the person with headphones in my ears & zoned out when I’m in the gym BUT it was completely different with his team. It’s a team workout in every aspect. The coaches are encouraging & checking your form to see if you need any modifications to protect your body. Then the more seasoned members with you are pushing you to do more & help distract you from the pain. His community is what makes their workouts amazing! It is a true gym community with their classes.

One problem that this gym has, which is very nice and good, is that the recovery rooms have machines that do not work. I pay for the black membership, and I feel that it is a useless expense, an expense that I cannot get back. And it is incredible that, despite these inconveniences, they want to charge us for the towels, which they never charged me for in the beginning.

I want to provide my honest review. I’ve been coming here since the day it opened, and I have to admit there are both good and bad aspects to this gym. The staff is very nice and helpful. While I’ve never trained personally with the coaches, I’ve attended a few of the classes they offer, and they’re great. The sauna and recovery room can be nice at times, the gym itself is aesthetically pleasing, and there are plenty of squat racks, which I love. Now for the bad: Sometimes the machines or recovery room equipment are broken for days, and no one comes to fix them. Maintenance has improved recently, but it’s still an ongoing issue. The gym gets super crowded, making it difficult to find a parking spot even during morning hours. It can also be hard to get to a machine because some people lack gym etiquette and spend too much time on them. There’s also a lack of variety in equipment. For example, while they have plenty of squat racks, there’s only one standard squat rack and two Smith machines. One of the Smith machines is inclined and doesn’t go all the way down, making it less useful, and the other is so popular that it’s hard to get a turn. I believe the gym could benefit from having more equipment overall, especially since other gyms I’ve been to offer multiple machines for the same exercise, so there’s rarely a wait. Another issue is that they recently banned tripods, which means people can’t record themselves anymore. I understand the concern about space, but for some members, recording their workouts is an important part of their fitness journey, whether it’s to track progress or share their experience. This feels unfair, especially since there are ways to address the issue without an outright ban, like setting guidelines for when and where tripods can be used. The locker rooms are also something I think could be improved. I wish there were private changing rooms instead of having to walk through and see people changing. It feels awkward, and there’s no sense of privacy. Lastly, the membership price recently increased. When I first signed up, they claimed my rate wouldn’t change because I got the “deal,” but my monthly fee has gone up from $24 to $30. Overall this gym is okay. I have a love-hate relationship with it. In some ways, it’s better than other gyms in the area, but it’s not as great as they advertise. I hope they can address some of these concerns to make the experience better for everyone.

I loved this gym so much but with the policy changes, it’s going downhill for me The membership started great & I don’t mind too much how busy it is but this new policy that says we can’t have tripods is doing THE MOST. I do YT dance workouts & do not record(it’s embarrassing enough to have to dance in front of everyone since we can’t rent/reserve the class rooms) I am dedicated to my health so I will endure. They should change the tripod policy to a No recording policy.I love the gym but this policy change has got me considering cancelling right before I was going to upgrade my membership Pros: -Affordable -Clean -Sauna -pool & hot tub -group classes -Movie Theatre -Staff is friendly & kind Cons: -Almost always crowded -No tripods on the floor (wether recording or not) -you’d be hard pressed to find an available machine or room in sauna -a few treadmills haven’t worked since I started 3months ago -Cannot reserve class rooms on off times -low water pressure on fountains

Terrible… The gym is very nice and they tell you that everything is very nice, but you are new and when in theory you are paying because you have automatic payments, they are not made... I come to the gym directly and ask and they say that it is something that apparently happens to everyone but you still have to pay late fees, when it is their system's fault and you still owe everything because they are not responsible. My membership is $10 and when I realize that my payment was not charged, there was a difference of 3 days and just because of that difference the total to pay is $93? It is completely crazy. The worst service and the worst attention.

Great experience so far. The number of people around depends on the time u come - like every other gym. I noticed it's not crowded in the morning or after 9pm, which works well for my schedule. Pricing is reasonable. Gym is clean and seems the machines are serviced frequently as the number of days a machine is out of service is short.

Old fashioned gym, which I prefer, but HOWEVER, many free weights are missing, faulty equipment (for example it was almost impossible to remove a 45lb plate from the shoulder shrug machine due to warped metal), and the sauna isn’t male and female, it’s mixed gender. If they fix these issues this would be a great gym, but these flaws will have me keep going to Fitness Connection and EOS.

The equipment is aged. Many machines need lubrication. The men's restroom has a foul smell that leans towards urine. Maybe the deodorizer? I doubt it. The lockers are heavily aged. There's a $.50 charge for the small lockers, which should be free if you bring your lock and not be the "pay-per-use" type. The staff is friendly and courteous. They do their best. The crowds are diverse, which is appreciated. Very little noise to disturb your workout. The temp is set just right. Everyone comes to work out. Update 08/06/23: The bathroom actually smelled like baby powder. The stalls could use a good wash down, but at least they don't reek like a city underpass. The equipment appears to have received some attention. The cosmetic imperfections/damages are still present. It's definitely an improvement in the right direction.

I had an amazing time at Athlete Training and Health! Don’t get me wrong, that doesn’t mean the workout wasn’t tough.. it was worth every groan, very well designed and thought out, and the fact that they include flexibility and stretching within the training is awesome! This is definitely next level and not your run of the mill group workout courses. The atmosphere was energetic and motivating, and the staff and trainers were incredibly professional and encouraging. The group workout was well-organized and challenging, with exercises designed to push you while still being accessible for a beginner fitness level like me. The trainer seemed to focus on form which I thought was really good. The community feel was a big plus – everyone was supportive and upbeat, which made the session even more enjoyable. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for athletic training. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and already looking forward to my next session! The session I watched was packed. Luckily the session I chose, which was right after the one I watched, only had a few people so I felt a lot more comfy. I like it. Its a 30 minute drive for me but I think I’m going to jump. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great athletic training with a positive environment, I highly recommend this spot! You won’t be disappointed.

Grateful 59yr old/212lb member on my way to the new me! Snap Fitness has provided a safe and caring environment in which I have gained the confidence to weight loss and gaining confidence in myself. In my opinion, many of the trainers here are great each within their unique expertise. Ester, Victor, and Jeff are great examples, however, I must give credit to the main trainer that has helped me to obtain and sustain my progress. Sean-Luke is an elite trainer who is NASM certified, precision nutrient certified, as well as, experienced with power lifting, bodybuilding, strongman, and calisthenics. Let me tell you my results have been amazing! I’m on the 11th session with him and I am so grateful for how far he has taken me.
