My son has been coming to the facility since January and his considerably improved his agility and overall fitness. The coaches not just demonstrate proper techniques they also lead by example on how to be a positive individual. We're grateful for this wonderful facility and staff!

I was informed of Mister (the owner) and Missing Element through fellow parents of my son’s 12U football team. They said going to Missing Element is the best thing you can do to advance your child’s athletic ability. My son has been coming for 2 weeks and based on the return I have seen so far he will continue to come. The team is AMAZING and they care for your kids and push them in a positive and motivational way. As a matter of fact the kids don’t want to leave after their workout sessions.

The youth program is amazing!!! The sessions are enjoyable for the kids and every session is different keeping the kids engaged. Best thing is they love working out while learning proper techniques. Not only do they gain the health benefits but the positive culture created by the instructors inspires them to do better in their sports!

Magic is very knowledgeable in fitness. His workouts are uniquely individualized to help you produce the best results possible. Over 10 years ago a medical doctor told me I’d never squat over 200lbs again after my hip. A few months into working out with Magic i was squatting 400+ and deadlifting 500. Highly recommend anyone that wants to start their fitness journey or take it to another level to get with him!!!
