Perfect location for exploring the main centre of the city had a fantastic view with floor to ceiling windows. Lovely comfy bed and good spacious room. Staff we always so friendly and happy to help, special shout out to Anny who decorated the room for my birthday prior to arrival, it looked lovely. Breakfast was good with a wide range available. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to New York

Excellent stay. Only problems encountered was the lifts, having to wait a very long time during the mornings as they were full. The lobby bar area could do with more seating, as at times could not be seated. Excellent rooms and clean. Reception staff very helpful. Ideal location. Fantastic breakfast and quick moving to get guests seated.. very organised. lots of variety.

The hotel is in a great location, just few steps from Times Square but the street itself is relatively quiet. We got a room at 46 floor (4605). The view was amazing and pretty much no noise. It was also pretty spacious: two queen size beds next to each other (perfect with kids), a small table and an extra couch which could be a bed. There is enough space for the luggage. The bathroom was also very good size. We were able to leave the luggage at the hotel both before the check in as well as after check out. As well as using the toilet, which was pretty clean. We haven’t used the gym nor the breakfast, we considered this too expensive. However the hotel cafeteria serves cappuccino and croissant for 6$, very tasty. We never experienced issues with the elevator, never waiting more than 5 min. Definitely recommended!

Extremely happy with the Hotel very clean and beautifully decorated. Arrived a little late due to traffic. On arrival the concierge was welcoming and showed us the way to the front desk. The reception staff at the front desk weren't so welcoming. No smiles, no hello just "passports please" and directions to lift. Three reception staff and none too time out to welcome us after a long journey. This I found put a dampener on our arrival, especially as we were looking forward to celebrating my big birthday in the BIG apple. The staff operating elevators at breakfast were friendly as were the restaurant staff. The maids in the rooms did a fantastic job and always happy to see you. Overall our stay was very memorable in such a beautiful city. If your reception staff take 2 minutes out of their day (after all it is their job!) To welcome paying guests into the hotel it would make your hotel experience so much better. The receptionist are the face of the hotel, front and centre! If anyone needs to wear a smile, it's certainly them. RUI, Thank you for helping to make my 50th birthday a memorable time, one I will never forget. Sarah Bell

Had a fantastic stay here. Rooms are big enough and plenty of storage and location is just steps from Times Square and short walks to all the must-sees. The lobby was always clean and whilst I didn't have breakfast here, the grab and go cafe serves up great food and drinks throughout the day. The room was cleaned daily along with a fridge and seating area/desk. the bathroom is clean and modern with a massive walk in shower. Would definitely stay again and hope to return soon and will be looking for more RIU hotels on my travels

The lifetime of sky is really nice especially in the pool where you can view the skyline from the pool. And every person was very friendly nice and nice staff. My only problem was I wish the spa area whirlpool and sauna Steemroom and cold plunge were in locker rooms.

Disclaimer: NO (free or metered) PARKING ANYWHERE. One of the behemoth gyms that make LifeTime not only worth it but a good deal. Outdoor sky pool, very nice cafe layout, basketball, etc. biggest problem is- who is it for? Locals. Super local. Like west of 9th Avenue. With no nearby subway and zero parking (tried for 40 minutes) you’re forced to garage your car for obviously a small nyc fortune just to use the gym making it not accessible. Parking right in front is plentiful but despite no signs, everyone said you’d be towed. Long story short- anyone who isn’t ok with walking a long distance to get here, avoid. This is the Tantalus of LifeTimes.

This place makes you feel like you can touch the Sky! The fitness floor is state of the art, classes are INCREDIBLE, the spa is lovely, the workspace is top notch, and don’t even get me started on the skydeck. The facilities are amazing, but the employees are really what make this place special. The team is tight knit and here to make your experience a fantastic one. I may be biased because I am a yoga teacher here, but I can honestly say that I love the people who I work with along with the members and completely support the company.

+One of the better quality gyms around the Hudson Yards area. +Good indoor pool and great indoor basketball court. Outdoor pool area is also very nice. +Nice wet room setup with sauna and cold plunge. +Decent amount of squad racks +Generally very clean and well looked after throughout +Kind staff -Weight area is one of the smallest I have seen for a gym of this size which is a major drawback. It gets very busy at rush hours and they only have two bench presses, two cross-cable machines and only two places to do neutral grip or wide-angled pull-ups which are almost never empty. -Weight plates are few and far in between. Same as dumbbells. The setup of the whole weights floor feels like it was an afterthought, not very functional. -Sauna temperature barely hits 180 which is not great if you are after the health benefits that are often researched on saunas at 180+. Also worth noting sauna seating is a single level near the floor and it has a high ceiling which means temperature at where you sit is likely lower than shown. -Access to outdoor pool requires an extra seasonal fee which is not cheap. -Locker room/bathroom area is very small for the amount of members who use this branch, has low ceiling which makes the place feel even smaller. Overall, if you live/work in the area, it is an ok option if most of what you do is classes/cardio. If you focus on strength training and lifting weights, it unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.

Turkish Hammam and cold plunge are incredible!!! Rachel, taught a sweaty, intense Flow yoga class that was challenging and fun! cooling off in the cold plunge after a heated yoga class was a perfect combination! the rooftop pool was not available to use, even with my diamond membership. something about an agreement with the condos neighborhood association, and it's an additional pool pass. they wanted me to pay $100 for a day pass! but it wasn't on top of a skyscraper like the photos imply. it's on the eleventh floor of the building and the residences go up higher in a separate tower. pool didn't seem that exciting to be honest. just a shallow leisure pool. (our outdoor pool at home is better with waterslides and fountains and lap lanes.) so.... check out the Turkish Hammam....

Best gym in the city! Great price for all of the amenities and an amazing loving staff.

I chose this gym because it’s a gym, a pool, a spa and a rock climbing facility in one! If you enjoy all these things it will save you so much money! The classes are great almost all included aside from some special ones. The rock climbing equipment is provided including shoes. I use the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna to encourage myself to go to the gym more regularly. It’s a great motivator for me to treat myself with a spa day after a workout. They also clean the locker rooms and spa areas multiple times a day. You can pay a little extra to get a towel and a permanent locker.

I was a member at this gym and was harassed by the old ladies there. I was told by multiple Spanish speaking employees different information about the sauna and steam room policy. One told me I can’t wear this and the other told me I couldn’t wear that. It seemed the team was not unified on the policy and the Spanish speaking employees did not know how to approach guests about accusations made by members. The moment someone complains they would just believe the accuser without investigating to see if it were true or not. These memberships are not cheap so if they want to keep customers, they should respect and value each guest equally. Members were also accusing me of wearing shoes in the steam room when I wasn’t even wearing shoes. It affected my experience and I felt unwelcomed as a member. They need to loosen up and be accepting of people’s differences and this culture of bullying by miserable naked old ladies in the sauna and steam room needs to stop. They also need to improve their cleaning habits because despite my complaints, I still saw the same dirt stains in the showers. I cancelled my membership and joined the Blink fitness by my home. They don’t have a sauna or steam room but at least I am not being harassed and I’m saving a lot more money! At the end of the day it’s a nice gym for what it offers and it’s at a nice location but it has its challenges, especially on the woman’s side.

Very disappointed by customer service. I had sent an email which was not answered regarding ending membership, for only a couple of days gap essentially asking to have a month off since I was not using the gym after travelling abroad for over two months. They sent the bill immediately to collection and I received no emails notifying me of this. I had to call them repeatedly to get this fixed and received no apologies after over a year with this gym. Echo the experience of other people re quality of gym and diversity of things to do vs. price, but expecting better from customer service here.

I've been part of this club for a few years. I really enjoy it there. The people at the front desk are really friendly and nice. I love the vibe, especially the big pool where there's always enough room. The jacuzzis are big and relaxing too. It's a great place for me to work out. The club's location in HK is awesome, it's my favorite part of the city.🏙️

A standard gym with a nice touch - many machines are duplicated, which is convenient. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions about technique. Cons: - No towels provided. - The air conditioning on the second floor barely works. It’s constantly stuffy and hard to breathe. - The showers don’t have consistent hot water. You turn on the hot water, get about 15 seconds of it, and then it’s just cold. What’s the point of having showers? - The sauna is way too mild. It should be much hotter. - The gym desperately needs a couple more bench press stations on the first floor. Two benches aren’t enough - they’re always occupied.

It was clean and not very crowded, I liked that on a second floor the music was barely playing creating a desired silence. (I personally hate any music at public places Loved the sauna. Loved the interior color choice. Very intelligent. Just had a good day at the gym next door.

"I'm thoroughly enjoying Pilates mat classes with Charles! He's an exceptional instructor, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in his students' progress. Since attending his yoga and Pilates mat classes, I've noticed significant improvements in my body. Charles' attentive nature ensures we maintain proper form and consistency throughout each session, minimizing the risk of injury. His dedication to our well-being and success is truly appreciated. I look forward to continuing his classes, as they've become an integral part of my daily wellness routine." "I'm absolutely loving Ryan Hicks' class at 145! It's been a game-changer for me. My body (and mind) thank you for making exercise both exciting and enjoyable. I always leave class feeling uplifted, happy, and energized - with a big smile on my face! Ryan, you're an incredible instructor - talented, passionate, and dedicated. Your class is the perfect antidote to a long day at work. You help us release stress and anxiety, and even manage to make us laugh - the best medicine indeed! To anyone in Harlem feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend Ryan's class. Trust me, you won't regret it! Your body will thank you, just like mine does. We're grateful to have Ryan sharing his expertise and enthusiasm with us. Thanks again, Ryan, for an amazing class!"

Jordan is so incredibly lovely. Not only did he go through the machines with me, he also helped test my ranges for how much weight to put, how my form was, and different ways to use my time at the gym. The entire staff was welcoming, machines were in good shape, and the overall environment was positive and community minded. Can't wait to continue my workouts there!

I think for the gym itself, I would give this location a 4.5/5. They've taken great steps in terms of updating the machines, and the workout areas are generally clean. It would be great to have a few more benches and squat racks, but overall, it's a great place to work out. My main reason for writing the review is my personal trainer, Jesus, who is a fantastic trainer, person, and resource for workout tips. In my experience, he strikes a great balance between what workouts you like to do/exercises he thinks would be helpful for you. He's patient, encouraging, and he really focuses on functional exercises to improve your day to day life. Beyond that, even if you aren't a client of his, he'll help you out in the gym. He truly just wants to see people improve, which I really respect. 6 out of 5 stars. If you are thinking about trying to incorporate new exercises/training into your routine, I would definitely talk to him.

"I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere at Planet Fitness Manhattan (Dyckman St.). The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes me feel comfortable as I work out. The variety of equipment available allows me to diversify my workouts, and I love the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. Additionally, the 24/7 access is a huge plus, as it fits well with my schedule. Overall, it’s a great place to focus on my fitness goals!"

You will never be able to get a proper workout in. There are only four smith machines, which are in constant use. Nobody re-racks the weights, or puts dumbells back making it impossible to find the correct weights. Many people have the same complaints but nothing has been done to fix these issues. Roaches in the water fountain

I love the friendly staff, clean work out areas and quiet early mornings to work out. I just have one minor complaint. Once a machine is temporarily out of service, it is for a long time. I hope that changes soon.

The best and most friendliest staff ever is at the 225th St location in Riverdale; especially noteworthy for their kindness, professionalism and coolness are Loretta and Edward. The night shift at The PF on Dyckman, Jimmy and Luis are super cool, engaging and run a tight ship as well. This facility is immaculate thanks to Joseph Bruno and Luis et all.

the place is small and there is a great flow of people. the employees literally ignore you, they make their life !!! There are not many teams, therefore you have to wait. the cardio area is acceptable and there are almost no mirrors and the elevator sounds weird.

After 22 years as a loyal Equinox member, I have cancelled my membership. Other than hearing that the recent price increase now had my membership over $300 per month, the General Manager gave me less than 2 minutes of her time and never asked me to sit down and discuss my extensive Equinox history. Her lack of interest as to additional reasons a longtime member like myself was cancelling my membership confirmed that my decision to leave was the right one.

It closes at 8PM on Fridays… i try to wrap up workout around 7:30. While shower and changing clothes, at 8PM they turn off the locker room lights. What the hell. I am naked and wiping water. I try to understand that they want customers disappear at 8PM sharp. But cut off the light in the locker room? Can they find another better educated way to ask?? On top of that, the cleaning guy in the locker room keep chasing after me to go out since 7:50PM… what is it? I do not want to mention about it but I freaking paying more than $300 per month for this service… Other than that Facilities newly renovated. Price overpriced compared to the service I receive. Clean environment. Very tiny shower booth. Staff some okay some not

While we were working out my friend’s experience at Equinox on 63rd and Lexington was nothing short of appalling. During a workout, a maintenance worker unplugged the machine she was using without warning, which caused her to fall off and injure herself. Cleaning practices also appear haphazard, raising safety concerns. Customer service here is dismissive at best; rather than addressing issues, staff often act irritated when asked for help. This location's reputation for a “premium experience” feels far from the reality. Horrible, just horrible.

Irresponsible management. Arbitrarily closes the gym 3 hours early on Dec 8 at 5pm for a staff holiday party with no notice in email or app. App still displays today’s hours as 7am-8pm. $6 wasted taking the subway.

I slipped and fell on a wet floor leading into the men's locker room. A worker had been cleaning the floor, which was slippery from water and soap. He was around the corner and not visible from where I slipped. When he saw that I fell, he merely pointed to the "Wet Floor" sign (which also was not visible from where I was walking), turned away and continued cleaning. He showed no concern and did not ask whether I was ok. (Other members have posted complaints about how nasty the locker room attendants in this club are). I communicated what happened to an assistant manager, who assured me I would hear from the manager the next day. I also communicated to her that the walls in the pool area are often crawling with bugs, which other members have also noticed. I used to give the club 5-star reviews but now I question what value Equinox provides for the $300 a month membership fee they charge.

t’s really big, and I like the high ceilings, basketball courts, and rock climbing wall. The hot tub could be less green and hotter. The place really needs some TLC—it could be much cleaner. I mean, the 63rd Street location makes the 61st Street one look like a rundown subway station bathroom m.

I feel compelled to share my experience at Equinox on 61st Street, as I believe it’s important for potential members to be aware of the concerning conditions I encountered there. Despite the gym's ample space, it is in a state of neglect that raises serious health concerns. During my visits, I noticed significant mold growth in the men’s locker room, particularly on the carpet, which is alarming. Additionally, the steam room consistently emitted an unpleasant odor, making it an uncomfortable and potentially hazardous environment. Such conditions can pose health risks that should not be overlooked. I was a regular member for nearly three years, but as time went on, the unpleasantness of the gym became too much to bear. Since I stopped going, I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in my health. I used to suffer from frequent urinary tract infections and ongoing sinus issues, both of which have vanished since I left the facility. Given these observations, I genuinely believe that Equinox on 61st Street should undergo a thorough inspection to address these issues. Health and safety should always come first, and I hope this review encourages others to consider their wellbeing when choosing a gym.

It’s really disgusting how pretty much all the men jumping in The Jacuzzi here do it in the gym shorts with no liner or just their Briefs! and don’t shower before entering and the attendant says nothing. It’s all the menwho are playing basketball too so they come in sweaty already, so disrespectful to the women here and the people who care about hygiene And the color of the jacuzzi water after prime basketball time is so dark and murky I feel like it’s a health hazard and I’m going to notify the health department cause this in unacceptable for a gym of this magnitude and Price. Not to mention the boiler is broken and they don’t notify the memeber via email or anything. half the time and the internet never works too. Just a real disappointment

I’m so torn with this place. Has so much more than other Equinox locations in the city (steam room AND sauna, expansive gym floor, roof “terrace”, pool, hot tub) but there is a difference between older design and woefully dated. This location is the latter. I understand that it is an enormous location with massive upkeep and renovation costs but this gym is begging to be gutted. The terrace is just an unfinished roof with chairs, bathroom/locker area is under maintained, and showers are straight out of a prison. The location/roof deck is fantastic but it’s calling out for a better gym!

This place is the pinnacle of gyms. It's eight stories tall with rooftop access to an amazing view. Also on the roof are lounge chairs and a cafe. Other amenities include: basketball and squash quarts, boxing, cycling, yoga, swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, steam sauna, and another cafe at the ground level. The gym also has an exceptional personal training staff. All of whom are well educated and certified.

Going into this, I wasn’t sure if I’d feel intimidated being a newbie and not as in shape as I’d like. Plus, I’m not a runner. But, on day 2, I’m already seeing results and stamina increases and feel comfortable pushing through this journey. The front desk and instructors are amazing. Definitely recommended!

It's playtime! Ball pit, climbing maze, rings, tunnels, balance beams: the 92nd Street Y's indoor jungle gym has it all for the toddler or young child. I brought my 2-year old daughter here on a cold winter day and she absolutely enjoyed exploring all of the play equipment. Everything was so colorful, safe and enjoyable. There was plenty of adult staff spread throughout the play place to monitor each of the play sets. There were not too many children here when we visited: perhaps 12 at the most. I would definitely come back here for play time.

Attended the Wednesday night Israeli dancing for the second time in 30 years. It was wonderful to dance in a group in person I should come back more often! They have a special studio just for dancing. I emailed 92Y to make sure the session was still happening, after I had not been able to preregister for the session on their website. They answered promptly, and I did not have to preregister, just pay at the door and show vaccination etc.

I was told I was locked into a $59.99 membership for as long as we are stuck in Covid. Well, my membership is now $82 and as far as I know, Covid is still going on. They said that with this price increase they would give members more amenities like towel service starting September 1st, when they raised the price. It is now October 15th and we still don't have towels. They brought used, rusty kitchen racks into the locker room where towels are supposed to be, but still no towels. The elevators take FOREVER. It will take you 5-10 minutes to get up or down to the third floor where the gym is. It drives me crazy. Check out this picture I took today while waiting for the elevator. This is what I am paying for?

I asked for a refund after 30 minutes of a three session class that had very little to do with the stated subject (Zora Neale Hurston and Ralph Ellison). Roundtable responded that their policies would not permit a statement credit or a refund. I would NOT RECOMMEND this service since the advertisement and the content did not align and since their return policy is so inflexible, even for longtime customers of 92Y classes such as ourselves

I've only been here one time. I enjoyed the performance. The space is small and unique. Due to the size it feels like you are part of the performance and all the seats are good ones. The details on the walls and inhaler the ceiling are worth the visit on their own. Three only downside is that the acoustics are not that good.

During my short stay in NYC, I decided to visit Equinox East 92nd to get a proper workout, and it certainly did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped with top-of-the-line equipment that caters to all fitness needs. I was particularly impressed with the lowest level of the gym. The equipment selection here is outstanding, providing everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The lighting on this level is also perfect, creating an energizing and motivating atmosphere. Overall, Equinox East 92nd offers a premium fitness experience that’s hard to beat. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this gym is a fantastic choice for a great workout. Highly recommended!

I am a member with Equinox and honestly the gym membership is worth every single penny! The spa services, gym equipment, classes, and the Kiehl’s hair and body products are what sets this gym membership apart from other gyms. This staff and the impeccable cleanliness of each gym is amazing! Also, they have juice bars and if you ever need additional workout clothes some of the equinox have stores inside. If you sign up after reading this review use me as a referral! I recommend getting the destination package so you can enjoy amenities at the other gym. Trust me it’s worth every penny … start your membership today! You will not be sorry!

I have been an equinox member with access to all locations for a few years now, and I mostly love my membership. This was the first time I have been to this location, and it was just the worst experience for an equinox facility. One of the yoga instructors weirdly solicited their private classes to me, and to top of it off, someone swiped my AirPods after 5 minutes withy eyes off them. When I inquired about them at the front desk, a woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me. There was a guest yelling and cursing on the phone in the lounge area - it was wild. I will not be going back to this location.

Top tier equinox facility. I love their functional fitness floor. All their trainers are friendly, as is the front desk staff and all are very helpful. The cleaning staff does a great job at keeping it clean and well run. Management switches up the equipment location and removes equipment sometimes and doesn’t inform the trainers. I’ve messaged management asking abt this sometimes and they are not helpful and have been rude. Management aside, the staff and the people you see working here are wonderful.

very rude two staff members on fridays throws everyone off the gym floor to run a private class. they play obscenely loud music and have no respect for other members who are in mid-workout. They just throw everyone out. otherwise great gym and great staff

Attended a soccer game. The field is turf and very fast. They have basketball courts too. Plenty of picnic tables and a vending machine. Indoor clear bathrooms are available.i noticed the engineers came through to clear any garbage and maintain cleanliness. Parking is on the street and very limited. Used a local garage for 15 one block away.

This is one of the very best swimming pools I've ever swum at, and those pools include Harvard's in Cambridge, Mass., The Mt. Auburn Club, whose pool was just marvelous and nearly always empty, until it closed a couple years ago (a real loss to the area). Asphalt Green has two huge pools with a godzillion lanes (well, not a godzillion, but plenty). If you go at the right times ( in the evening after 8, in the afternoon around 2:30, there will be at least two lanes with two people or less.) The women's locker room is marvelous, pristine, with plenty of towels, deodorant, body lotion, hair spray, and in the showers shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. You can't ask for anything more, can you? And the pool attendants and personnel at the front desk are just as nice as they can be.

Hands down to staff members at AG. I came with a bunch of problems that needed to be taken care of, and they were ABOVE AND BEYOND solving each one of them. They were not only polite and understanding, but they genuinely cared. Christopher Hernandez, Samantha Logan, and Kayla Gutierrez are THE GUYS! I had to ask them their names because I feel we don't recognize enough in public when people do good. Thank you so much!

The pool, the pool, the pool. Like Goldilocks, I have tried other pools. The Dodge Y, the Chinatown Y, Chelsea Piers, pools in my apartment building. To quote the late Sinead O'Connor, nothing compares. I trained for two triathlons here, so know the bottom of this pool intimately. And the pool is always clean, perfectly maintained, and a joy! It's Olympic-sized. What I like is that there's typically not a lot of crowding in the lap lanes, so you don't run into the (common) issue of other swimmers tickling your toes or slowing your rhythm. Swimming at Asphalt Green is a mermaid's dream.

OK facility, especially when you consider there aren't many options this far up on the UES and pools are hard to find in NYC. The equipment and gym space are older but usable. The locker room is clean if you're looking to change quickly, however I won't venture into the steam rooms /showers I've seen some questionable activities, and the staff doesn't seem to care about it.

I have no recent experience to review. Why? Simple. I asked to have my membership canceled years ago yet SURPRISE, I'm still being charged random amounts every month. The individual who answered the phone around 8:30 this morning said that I owe hundreds of dollars because of fees, etc. and that I can call back when there's a manager on duty. 1) Are you insane? 2) Why is there no manager? The fact is you had no problem with my enrollment but when I request to terminate my membership, magically "oh, you never cancelled". It's laughable. To top it off, the staff are condescending and clearly aren't empowered to actually DO anything other than accept payments and check people in. The fact that these independently owned franchise locations are not supervised by corporate or supported by corporate customer service is ridiculous. I've had memberships at Crunch, Blink, Equinox and never had this issue. Yet the $20 gym is the one giving me a problem.

Used a free day pass to try out the gym. Equipment was great, wasn't super busy, and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately during my workout someone broke into my (locked) locker (locker #6 specifically), and stole the cash from my wallet. They left everything else, but the experience made me change my mind about getting a permanent membership.

There are classes listed on the site and in the app. I have signed up for 2 different classes and yet I have NEVER seen ANY classes being taught. I emailed the location to inquire about this and received no response. I didn't join PF for their classes- I would have stayed with Crunch (way better facilities btw- especially in Norwood). So my ultimate complaint is that if something is advertised and I am paying for that service, then I expect that service. If you don't have classes- then just say that and remove them from the site and app.

I'm disappointed that the gym in New York City doesn't offer 24-hour service. Because of this, I've decided to cancel my membership. It's not worth it to pay for a gym that doesn't prioritize its clients' needs. I hope others will join me in taking a stand. I've been a loyal Planet Fitness client since 2010, but now I'm considering switching to Blink, which offers 24/5 service in some locations in New York City

The building is in dire need of repairs- attached are photos of moldy or missing ceiling tiles with exposed wiring that have been untouched for months. When it's raining outside there are constant leaks, and in the summer months the air conditioning only works about half of the time. I gave two stars because most of the exercise equipment is working, but the gym really needs to either get these problems fixed or just move buildings. It really is health hazard at this point.
