Pitt fitness is a great place to be! The members are all very welcoming and supportive of each other. I’ve been going to Pitt for a little while now and it’s clear that the folks who workout there are growing not only individually but as a community as well! All around great gym! 10/10 would recommend seeing for yourself !

Hands down the best group of trainers I’ve had in over 30 years of “gym hopping” in the SE valley. Challenging works out that are always different and can easily be modified for any level. Trainers are always offering lots of guidance and support. Nice facilty and equipment. The comradery and smaller classes make workouts enjoyable no matter how tough. I won’t be looking to gym hop anytime soon. Finally found a home.

I absolutely love Pitt Fitness Training. The class schedule works with my work schedule. I love the group classes. I love the coaches and the members. It’s such a welcoming environment, there’s no judgement. I’m so happy to have found this place.

It’s been 6 months since my wife and I joined, we been to different CrossFit clubs and this one has been an amazing one. All coaches are experienced and offer a very versatile routine and effective workout. Thank you team Pitt Fitness !

Pitt Fittness is excellent. For years I've worked out at the typical big brand gym's and clubs in town and haven't really gotten any good, meaningful results. If you're looking for a place to build life strength and great overall strengthening and conditioning of the core, this is the perfect place. Whether you're interest in group classes or private training sessions, their trainers and instructors are amazing. I participate in group classes, several times a week and one on one training sessions with Chris twice a week and I am seeing great results. Chris is very intuitive and knowledgeable with his training. He requires stretching and mobility drills prior to getting into the workout, which is paramount in preventing injury. I'm looking forward to achieving many more milestones with Chris and the crew at Pitt Fittness! If you want to get into shape, build physical strength and want results, I recommend the team at Pitt Fittness to help you with your reaching your fitness goals.
