The equipment and activities were vast and high quality. We came using Pogo Pass. It was well worth the time. Some of the kids are limit testers without supervision and employees are too soft to call them out. Still this was nothing compared with what I've seen at other comparable facilities where parents neglect kids that they haven't taught how to behave in public so no loss of star for this.

My son had a birthday party there, fun place kids love it there, they are under new management from what the team at the front said. At the birthday party, him and his siblings got free 2hr passes. We went this past weekend to get out the house, and out of the heat, to use them, and they said NO, we don't take those anymore as of June or July. As far as customer service they should have offered what was already given, so that is the reason for the 3 stars do a little better. So if anyone has any from previously they are not accepting them, and it was $48 I wasn't expecting, but didn't want to disappoint the kids.

The skatepark is AWESOME! So much fun, and bigger than the Mesa location. Our kids had a blast! A full 4 hours of FUN!

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. I wanted to redeem a 2 hour play pass that I received from this location and they refused to honor it. They said they no longer accepted those vouchers. This information WAS NOT advertised on their website. The public can not be expected to know information by just walking in for the first time, especially when the voucher doesn't expire. I will never come here again. When I spoke to the manage he was rude and refused to honor the voucher even though it NEVER expired. If I could give at a 0 star review I would. The staff were dressed very unprofessional. The manager I spoke with looked like a 12 year old with a mullet, wearing a hat and short shorts, like he's getting ready to hit the beach. Another worker looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to work wearing pajama shorts. A young female manager allowed kids to run around the place smacking each other. The older gentleman who was dressed very professional, should be the one in charge. He atleast seemed to know what he was doing.

What a terrible experience across the board. It’s managed by a bunch of kids so I get the level of expectations are low, but they were rude and served us “raw” chicken. No manager on duty worth trying to have a coaching moment with on how to improve. Our particular party host tried her best but her team set her up for failure. Very poor customer experience but I doubt they care!
