This is Diane Galvan... Pete's wife. ;) Great business! The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm new to pilates and it's been a fun experience learning. The teachers are absolutely wonderful. Signed up for the 1 a week at first but then decided to take advantage of the holiday special on their unlimited annual membership. Totally worth it! I can book up to 15 classes out at the level & times I want more easily this way. Highly recommend joining! *I'm 56 and do just fine. So, if you're older and wondering if it's for you, I'd say give it a try!

Club Pilates has allowed me to finally enjoy exercising! I originally signed up for one class per week, but after a few sessions I upgraded to the unlimited membership! All of the instructors are so nice and helpful 😁

This review is in regards to the manager Patti. To start, with this studio, it is always hard to get classes booked if it’s not done at least 2 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, my mother has had a lot of health issues that impacted her ability to do Pilates (from broken toes, having surgery from osteoarthritis of the knee, having a torn rotator cuff, etc.). Because of this, an exception was made to pause her membership with all her classes expiring end of 8/2024. There has been ongoing insurance issues with being able to get a knee injection to help alleviate her pain so she can take these classes, but we were finally able to get the injections approved in mid 7/2024 and she immediately began taking classes once permitted by her doctor. She had 14 classes to take in basically a month because her doctor wanted her to wait 1 week after her final series of knee injection (last injection was first week of August). When she went for her first class back in 7/2024, she signed up for 1.5 level because that was what she was doing before she stopped classes. The instructor said my mom was stressing her out and she needed to do level 1. In order to get all of her classes booked because of how difficult it could be, I scheduled all level 1 until the last week where I scheduled level 1.5 for 3 classes. The day before my mom was scheduled for a 1.5, I got a text saying she was enrolled in the 1.5 but they can move her to a level 1 and provided multiple times available. My mom said the times didn’t work and that she was okay to stay with the 1.5. After advising that, they continued to push back saying that it wasn’t recommended. I decided to call instead of go back and forth via text. I spoke with Patti where I advised I got the text and was proceeding to state that it is fine to reschedule the class if we can extend that one class credit to end of September - as I was stating this, I am cut off immediately by Patti stating I am coming off very strong and proceeding to explain why they were trying to get her schedule a level 1. After being cut off while I kept trying to explain I am not trying to push her to stay with 1.5 level and if she would let me finish explaining, I was simply trying to have her class extended to end of September, she responded she can extend my moms class by 1 week and not a month. I advised that did not work because we are leaving out of town next week until mid September. She then proceeded to tell me that she did not have to extend it longer because it’s not their problem my mom waited until last minute to schedule all of her classes. I then proceeded to become more frustrated (but still did not yell or use profanity) and requested to escalate this as I did not appreciate her comment of how it was not their problem my mom waited last minute because it was only due to medical issues and as I was talking, she stated she will have a district manager contact me and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I have worked extensively in customer service roles in the past and I am so surprised that a manager would lack basic customer service skills. I will admit my tone was firm but it was not disrespectful and I did not yell or use any profanity. In addition, she stated my response to their text to schedule a level 1 was rude which was incorrect - my text response was : “ Those times don't work for me and I was going to keep the cardio sculpt tomorrow at 10am.” To simply constantly be cut off as I am talking, to then being told my moms health issues were not their problem, to incorrectly being accused of my text responses being rude, and then to be hung up on was completely unwarranted. I truly hope that Patti receives better training in customer service management skills because her comments about my moms health were completely disrespectful and her responses with cutting you off when speaking is only asking for the situation to escalate rather than trying to de-escalate an issue. Lastly, hanging up on a customer when they are not yelling or cursing is poor customer service all around.

I have been a member of this studio for over a year now, and it has been a great experience. I have been a member at Club Pilates at two other studios in other states on the East Coast (we have moved around quite a bit) and Club Pilates Chandler has really set itself apart from my last studios. The front desk staff is always super helpful, polite, and kind. This studio plans a lot of community events and special member events/classes, which is very unlike my last two studios. My last two studios were "okay" but did not have much interaction with the community or its members outside of just the classes. While I am usually too busy to attend most of these events, it is nice that Club Pilates Chandler hosts these events, fundraisers, etc. The instructors are all great, very helpful and good at guiding us. At my last studios, there were always a couple of instructors that I preferred taking classes with but at Club Pilates Chandler I honestly do not even look to see who is teaching because they are all wonderful! It is very apparent that the teacher training is consistent, and I always feel supported and comfortable asking for adjustments, etc. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been doing private Pilates for nine years and this by far has been an amazing experience! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the class size and group experience this last year, more so than I ever thought I would! The instructors are experts in their field, their queuing is on point, and you leave there feeling like you made the hour count! If you’re looking to level up your game, reduce risk of injury working out, rehabilitate after an injury, or simply to strengthen and gain better balance, this is your studio! You’ll love the front desk staff too!!
