I used to LOVE this place until management changed drastically. Sarah and Gabby were cool. The short girl with the green eyes was cool. Sam was cool. But the big one with blue eyes would boss the staff around them the little Mexican one was rude and spoke with an attitude and the one after her won't stop yelling throughout the gym at members when they work out. It's very distracting and extremely annoying during workouts. Does she know most don't speak English? This isn't the location to have a person not from this area to be like. Where are you getting these weird disrespectful managers from? This location has gone down hill since Sarah left. I want to work out and go home with no distractions. Get it together or you won't have staff OR members. And now you don't have a trainer but you advertise it which is why people sign up. Bring tray back.

I used to walk outside until recent after coming in contact with some coyotes. I join Planet Fitness the same day and I have simply fell in love with being a member. I ask myself every time I come why did not join sooner. I love the atmosphere. I love meeting new people And especially because it’s non-judgmental. Thanks planet fitness for what you offer to your clientele.

I like coming at night the customer service is so much better and friendlier. The manager is rude and has a horrible way to treat people who are paying every month. Might be a little late but it is paid and just because someone comes in to get a massage and shower doesn't mean you treat you them differently. A customer is a customer and we pay. But the manager and assistant manager are both rude!

For me, the gym is fine, many people complain that it is dirty, because for obvious reasons there are always too many people at any time, and many of us do not have the discipline to keep the places in order and clean. and some people spend more time talking and on the phone than training.🫢

This is the first gym I’ve joined and I like it. The staff is friendly and there’s plenty of equipment to use. I’ve found it doesn’t get crazy busy. I do wish they offered classes on the weekends and that I could just schedule one outside of their preset schedule.
