Working out with coach Mercedes has been one of the best things that I have done for my body, mind, spirit, health AND BUSINESS! After two years I still hate it if I have to miss a workout. Coach is a true visionary! I am grateful to have found him and to be on his team! Thanks to coach I am in the best shape of my life at 58 ... yes that is a recent picture, thanks coach..... oh by the way, I never said it was easy!

14 grand this guy wanted to join the gym. Really? I mean seriously? The gym makes a ton of claims about training world class boxers, but I have yet to see anyone world class come out of this gym. Who are all these champions? I'm just a guy wanting to get into shape via way of a real boxing training. I wasn't trying to challenge Gervonta Davis! I called Medina boxing gym in Waukesha, all together 750 for 6 months. AMC has super inflated prices.
