GREAT gym in Bayview. Its always clean and organized. The owner is very helpful and always willing to help.

I absolutely adore this gym. The staff and members are sweet and welcoming. They have everything you could possibly need, and are always listening to members ideas on new equipment. I was there today, and they just got in new treadmills, bikes, and a stairmaster in, which I have been wishing for! During the schoolyear, I cancelled my membership with no issues. I came back home and signed up again.

It’s a good gym that provides a great value and has plenty of machines and weights. The major detractor is the fact that you have to cancel in person. I understand all members agree to that upon signing up but it’s clearly just meant to make it more difficult for members to cancel so you can continue charging them.

Would give ZERO stars if I could, solely based off customer service. I had come here for years with my brother and after moving out of the state he told me that I could come in for free with my brother whenever I was in town for a day, as I would visit for a weekend. My brother and I both remember this vividly, and my parents remember us telling them about it as it was an extremely nice gesture. A couple weeks ago we went in as I was in town for 2 days and he said we had to buy a day-pass now. Ok, that's fine, times are tough. And then he goes back into the cameras and charges me for the night before as well. So i told him I thought I could come in for free, as that's what he said to me a while ago. He basically laughed at me as he denied that he ever said so. Even if my entire family misremembered this event, I had been coming here for years. Why not just do the customer service thing and let us know that going forward I have to pay, rather than be petty and charge me for the night before when I was under the impression I was free? It's one thing to change your mind, it's another to change your mind AND act like I deserve punishment for not magically knowing you decided to start charging me for something you originally said was free. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never spend another dime here due to how horrible your customer service is. And if anyone asks me for a gym in the area, I'll make sure they know that this is the worst gym I've ever been to. Just go down the street to Brickyard where they have actual equipment and the owner isn't a liar/cheat.
