Old school iron paradise. Broad variety of equipment and unique machines. Dumbbells up to 120 and squat racks, benches, and deadlift platforms. A day pass is very affordable at only $5. Definitely drop by if you are in the area

Love this fun place. Would be my home gym if we lived in the area, (we often drive 45 minutes to lift there for the vibe). Iconic historic old school gym like where Arnold could train. No other palce like it. Paradise for old school lifters and bodybuilders, but welcoming to everyone (they have treadmills, bikes, stairs, etc for full fitness opportunities). Dont let the $5 day pass fool you, the gym is packed with good equipment. Owner and staff are extremely friendly.

Milwaukee's most unique gym. Think average Joes gym from Dodgeball. Ken is the coolest owner and will make you feel at home. Above bench mirror.
