I couldn’t click on POST without leaving a star, so I had no choice but to select 1. The customer service and accountability at this gym are beyond poor—it honestly couldn’t get worse. Despite providing all the necessary documentation for the extra month they charged me, there has never been any clear communication about their policy. They seem to just throw random rules at you to justify taking your money. I was only 1.5 days late submitting my medical note, and by the way, I had informed them in advance that the delay was due to my doctor being out of town, yet they still declined my refund. On top of that, they haven’t even provided a proper contact name or number to discuss this further. The team at this location is extremely unprofessional, and I’m deeply disappointed with my decision to join this OTF facility. No complaints about the instructor/s, but the front desk staff and those manages financial accounts are extremely unprofessional and uninformed in their approach. I would absolutely, without a doubt, say a massive, resounding NO NO to join this facility and OTF team. Unfortunately it’s their model, that’s how they make money!

Welcoming gym, great for everyone whether they feel like they belong at a gym or not! Coaches are very supportive. It's pricey though, I almost downgraded to 4 stars for that reason.

Fun workouts and friendly staff. It doesn't get boring and you don't have to plan so that's a big motivation. Someone played Punjabi music once, that was a fun surprise. 😂 I didn't like their minimum 2 month sign up policy which was not clear when I signed up.

Shout out to coach Erin at the Redmond location who puts her whole heart into this place. She not only makes the workout fun, but is always high energy, and puts effort into each individual that comes through that door. Love OTF!

I have been coming here since 2019 and enjoyed it, but I have to knock some stars for this new owner. Before, the studio was so busy and so packed I had to book my appointments two weeks in advance. Now, the classes are never even half full. The new class times make the membership borderline unusable. I. For example, start work from home at 0830 or drive to the office at 0715. My options for an AM class are 0615-0715, or 0730-0830. Then, there's no classes again until lunch, which don't even conform to a working person's lunch hour so that we could go during the day. Next classes start at 4pm, which might work for some people, then 5:15pm, which gives just barely enough time to get there after ending work at 5pm, as most do, hoping and praying there's no traffic or my team doesn't keep me late. 6:30-7:30PM is okay, but means my whole evening is dedicated to otf and by the time I shower and eat dinner, theres no time to take care of my other responsibilities, and this is the last class of the day until 5am, which isn't happening. On the weekends, there are only three classes 0800 and 0915 which are kind of early when you might want to sleep in, but not impossible, and then 1030-11 which, again means your whole morning is OTF. Before, classes started at 0500 in the morning and had only 5 minutes between. That meant if we wanted to go before work, we all had good options to go because we could go 0500-0600, 0605-0705, 0710-0810. The people who didn't work or worked late could go 0815-0915, or we could go at lunch really fast 1100-12pm, 12:05pm-1:05pm. Same thing with evening classes. I don't remember the schedule there as well because I didn't have to focus as much on the end time, but I think it would be easier for everyone if the classes were maybe 5:30pm-06:30pm, 6:35pm-7:35pm, 7:40-8:40pm. Weekends just need more classes in general. It's crazy I have to choose between waking up early/ skipping my other morning activities or not going at all. I guess the idea is that if we miss a class we can drive to another studio, but the owners are not from Washington and don't realize there's no way in he'll most of us are going to rush over to Bellevue or Bothell to make a class. It's just not a thing with the way our traffic works. I want to drop the rating to 3.5 stars, because it's also almost twice as expensive as it was when I originally signed up, making these inconveniences more frustrating. That said, the staff and trainers are awesome as always. Please, to the owners, make this studio usable. There are way too many residences within a walkable distance to see Redmond this empty.
