The area around the pool is unbelievably dirty — there are literal black stains that look like they’ve never been cleaned. The pool walls are in awful condition, and although the water itself doesn’t seem as dirty, seeing everything around it makes you not want to go in. The locker rooms are constantly messy too; at one point, I even saw someone’s abandoned clothes lying around, which was just gross. Yes, the membership fee is low, one of the cheapest around. But come on, guys, seriously? Not only are you a 24-Hour Fitness that doesn’t even stay open 24 hours, but could you at least hire a cleaning company to keep the place presentable?

Recently joined and regretting it. I work out mornings before work and the locker room and showers are absolutely disgusting. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but in this case I am afraid of catching a disease or getting an infection. I have raised this issue with the manager of this gym, who basically listened to me because he had to and in a very “stop wasting my time” kind of way, committed to resolving the issues with the lack of locker room and shower cleanliness. Two weeks later, still absolutely disgusting. Join a different gym! Regarding the "Response from the owner": I already used the "contact_us" form to surface this issue, prior to speaking with the manager, but I received no response. Finally making this complaint public has generated a response from you. My points above are clear. You do not need me to contact you on a form that you clearly do not monitor in order to resolve these issues. Just clean your club to a reasonable standard, at least once a day (multiple times a day would be greatly appreciated). By my estimate your doing a half-ass job once a week. Reminder, I'm in the gym just about every morning.

Security of your valuables could be a concern at this facility. I took an annual membership at this gym because it was close to my home. On my very first day, someone stole my jacket from an unlocked locker in the women's locker room. The jacket was a custom-made gift with my name on it, so it’s odd that someone would want to steal it. Although the locker was not locked (and I noticed many others weren’t either), which technically absolves the gym of liability, the facility refused to check the entrance cameras that could have easily identified the culprit. While the gym did take a report of my stolen jacket, they never followed up as promised. The lack of responsibility in ensuring the safety and security of their members is disappointing. The jacket had more sentimental value than monetary, so it didn’t warrant a police report. However, if the gym continues to neglect security measures, members could lose items of greater value in the future. Since this incident, I’ve only used the gym three times and regret being locked into a year-long membership. That said, I don’t have complaints about other aspects of the gym—the equipment is good, and it’s a decent value overall if you’re willing to compromise on basic building security.

Pretty good for the price (30/mo), for Redmond. 425 Fitness down the road is literally 4X the price and is only marginally better in terms of cleanliness. 24h is over-crowded every day from late afternoon well up until closing time. But it is good earlier and on weekends. Some machines have been broken for an extended period of time, especially the leg machines. The 2nd leg extension machine has been broken for over 6 months, which is frustrating because every day I see someone sitting on the 1st machine on their phone for 15+ minutes. People drop weights. Nobody minds it. I don't mind it. If it bothers you, you will not enjoy this gym though. Staff is great and friendly.

Feedback on Gym Maintenance and Cleanliness I wanted to provide some feedback regarding a few issues I've noticed at the gym: 1. Equipment Maintenance The leg extension machine has been broken for an extended period, and I’ve observed that repairs often take a long time. It would be great if the gym could expedite the fixing of broken equipment to ensure members can use all facilities without prolonged outages. 2. Restroom Cleanliness The restrooms often appear to be unsanitary and in need of regular cleaning. Maintaining a clean environment is essential for the comfort and health of all members. 3. Water Dispenser Hygiene I’ve noticed mold in the water dispenser, which is concerning. Ensuring that water dispensers are cleaned regularly is crucial for member safety. I hope these issues can be addressed soon as they affect the overall experience at the gym. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
