My girls do like this place but not for gymnastics reasons but for the friends they made. Beginner girls instructors don’t seem to care about what kids are doing. Didn’t see involvement or adjustments being made when kids were making mistakes they just let it play out and continue to the next kid kinda disappointed

The operation needs an upgrade. My kid was referred twice to move from beginners to intermediate class.I left my name and phone number at the front desk on several occasions to be alerted when a time slot opened up. During one of my regular weekly checks in, I found out that they had a slot open (did not get the call). Anyway, I sign my kid up for the long awaited intermediate class and was told she could start on the 29th. Guess what, she was kicked out of class because the payment was for the month of May. The management team needs to be on the same page about their operation. I wasted a day and went home with a disappointed kid. Do better. UPDATE: I received a call from the owner, who apologized and made it right. Needless to say my kid likes the coaches and does not want to move gyms. So we’re there every week for 2 hours. Thank you.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My experience with this place was disheartening to say the least. I called ahead to inquire about the gyms ability to accommodate kids with ADHD. I spoke to Mindy about a month ago and more recently spoke to another worker to schedule a visit. During both calls I disclosed the situation and both times I was told, it's ok. We attended the trial class today and were not received in a welcoming way. My conversation with Mindy was not pleasant and when filling out the release form the man at the front desk was rude. I ended up pulling my child from the session and leaving. It's unfortunate. If a parent is thoughtful enough to call ahead and have a personal conversation about their child, please be kind enough to let them know you cannot accommodate their child in a respectful way.

The exercise leaders don't pay attention to detail. Poor form is not noticed or corrected., the leaders r young and Cheap, so u get what u pay for.
