We’re so glad we found Trident Martial Arts in Woodbridge Va. Our son is part of their Muay Thai kids class and will be joining the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu youth class next year. The instructors are patient and very well trained. Our son had attended a couple others in the area but he didn’t like them near as much. My wife and I highly recommend to anyone considering martial arts training for their child.

Have been training her for almost 3 years, don't krmamaga, mui thai, jiujitsu, and kickboxing. Great place with good instructors. Great attitude. Reasonably priced. A lot of military and LE folks. The owner is a well-known former Navy Seal. Try it

Great gym for adults and children. Many hands on instructors for all ages classes. Very patient and understanding when the younger kids struggle at learning new things and a new environment. All of their programs are great but our family stuck with BJJ and Muay Thai for now.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Trident. The facility provides a wide array of self-defense disciplines and is supported by knowledgeable and friendly staff. My daughters 12-14 enjoyed participating in the women's BJJ course.

I've been going to Trident Academy now for 7 months and I still find it as engaging as the first day I stepped in there. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly while the facility is very clean. I'm involved in the Filipino Martial Arts and the curriculum is vast but I promise the material will come together. The instructors provide the students with many ways to do things, ultimately it's on the students to take what works for them and polish those concepts. I like this philosophy since it's what I do in my personal life.
