Love the vibes, the ambiance, the classes offered, the teachers and the yogis who come to practice here. Hot Hatha is especially my favorite here. There are no expectations, no judgment. You do you. The interior is bohemian and feels like Alice, the owner, always rotate through different matériels and décors. This space is truly is a gem for the local yoga community.

I did a one month trial and really loved it. This was my first yoga experience and felt comfortable. I tried the following classes: Reiki Restorative Yoga, YOGA Chakra for EveryBody, and HOT Hatha Yoga. I ESPECIALLY loved that unlike other studios and classes at gyms there wasn’t crazy limited slots or annoying waitlists. They don’t offer early bird classes however, they do offer evening which was perfect for me. Staff is very nice and the place itself is so peaceful. As far as pricing, I got a great deal on Groupon for one month of unlimited classes. I am considering getting a membership and snapped the picture attached (I am sure this is subject to change).

Great atmosphere and very friendly people! Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met. I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I also found myself wishing that they had more class offerings throughout the week, but they are a small privately owned studio, so I get it. Overall, I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to really incorporate their inner spirituality into their yoga practice. Namaste!

First time trying hot yoga and first time going to My Bodyoga studio. It was a great experience! Studio is small and cozy and ambiance is amazing. During the class there were essential oils that made the hot yoga experience so much better. I will definitely be telling my friends and returning.

I am in my mid-60s and wanted to improve my flexibility and balance. At the suggestion of my masseuse, I enrolled at MyBodYoga and attended my first class today. The facility is very inviting, with soft Zen music, incense, and soft lighting. The classes are all geared to beginners & intermediate level students. No pressure or critiques from the instructor; you progress through practice. The instructor (Alice) was very friendly & knowledgeable, giving clear instructions. At the end of the session, I felt improvement in my posture, with renewed energy! I also left with a greater sense of calm and relaxation. Highly recommend for seniors looking to keep or get in better shape.
