My daughter tried to make an appointment with this place for a specific therapist they have listed on their website. She filled out the online form as instructed and waited for a response. 3 days later, I followed up with a phone call to the number they have listed on their website and left a message. My daughter finally got a text message from this place a full week later stating the therapist she requested is not accepting patients, and my daughter should go to the "resource list at Stay Strong Virginia." No one from this practice has called her or me with a follow up. Just a text telling my daughter to go somewhere else. But they've got multiple therapists listed on their website, so if the one my daughter requested wasn't accepting new patients, maybe they could recommend a different therapist?? We wasted an entire week for this. Very poor customer service.

I was a client here for over 3 years and have nothing but incredible things to say. Terese is amazing at what she does and so welcoming. I never felt anything but safe and understood when talking with her. I don’t go regularly anymore, as I feel confident in the skills she helped me learn, but I know the door is always open. They also recently implemented a client portal that makes booking and billing very easy. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for someone to talk to.

Absolutely the worse billing department I've ever bared witness to. Incredibly rude it will leave you speechless. I can not say I gained anything from my time at this practice which was a long time. There are free programs better than this practice from people who actually care. Do your research and my suggestion is to keep looking beyond this place. Billing is one person or at least there is only one person you will communicate with and she is so mean and rude. I regret ever coming to this practice. It was a complete waste of time and money. This place left me feeling like I definitely made the wrong decision ever coming to this place. I do not and will not recommend this place.

Phyllis is absolutely wonderful. Her memory about my life is great and I have never felt that I was just another patient. My self confidence has grown abundantly and she filters all my irrational thoughts. She truly is one of the kindest souls and I never once felt she has judged me in the slightest. The best counseling experience I have ever had for sure.

Natalie is caring, approachable and a great listener. Her yoga classes are very relaxing and she spent extra time teaching me each poses since I had never done yoga before. I have been using some of the poses and meditations before bed and they really help me sleep.
