MY HAPPY PLACE!!!! Seriously, I am enjoying this soooo much more than I thought I would :) Location is extremely convenient for me, but what they have to offer is amazing-“bang for your buck” is an UNDERSTATEMENT. It is absolutely wonderful having access to this beautiful studio 24/7, full (pristine + clean) showers available onsite and the entire staff is fantastic…Emma is so sweet and always greets me with the biggest smile! Did I mention how rejuvenating the infrared sauna is? Feels like the perfect blend of detox and healing each session. Not only has my flexibility and sleep improved, but my skin also has a visible glow people compliment me on all the time. Do yourself a favor and check them out ASAP!

I love this place! The studio is super clean and has everything you need. The workouts are fun and offer modifications to make them as hard or as easy as you need. And the staff are super friendly, shout out to Emma and Cynthia :) Definitely recommend trying it out!

Love this place! If I had time to do a session every day I would! I always leave feeling rejuvenated! My favorite workouts are Hot ISO and Hot Warrior!

So glad Hotworx at Haygood opened! Facility is very clean and vending area is always well stocked. You can tell they take pride in their business. Emma and Cynthia are so warm and welcoming and always ready to help!

Ms. C. Cunningham and staff were all delightful and I got the most intense workout in an hr. I really enjoyed myself and will be coming back with friends!!!
