Recently joined this gym and I couldn’t be happier! The coaches are incredible (Ty, Rebecca, Will, and Adam!!)—so positive and motivating, always pushing us to do our best while making sure we feel supported. I love the variety of classes they offer, and the different time options make it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. As someone new to weight training, I really appreciate how the coaches have guided me through everything and made me feel comfortable from day one. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new gym! The variety of classes is amazing—there's always something new and exciting to try. BFT takes the guesswork out of fitness plus I have met some amazing people. The strength classes are awesome, and I can already feel a difference in my performance. The cardio classes are tough but incredibly effective, and they've been helping me improve my speed and endurance. The coaches are fantastic—super knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing you to do your best. The owners are incredibly involved, which really makes a huge difference in creating a welcoming and motivating environment. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this gym!

I want to start this review by saying I am not a fitness lover. I get bored easily, I have a hard time holding myself accountable, and I am always wanting to leave my workouts early. I’ve tried Orangetheory, F45, leading my own workouts at LA fitness and planet fitness… nothing has excited me and challenged me the way BFT has. I stood in my workout at BFT this morning and thought “this is why people love fitness”. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. The workouts are designed to revisit specific movements throughout 8-week blocks to build on your progress. The community of people is so encouraging. I only wish for more class times! PS I was nervous starting here, as I’m not in the best shape. One of the coaches reminded me that this isn’t the place you show up strong. This is the place to meet yourself where you’re at, and progress from there. Come take a class with me!!!! :)

The workouts themselves are Top-Tier. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or flexibility-focused classes, they’ve got a variety of options to keep things fresh and exciting. Every session is carefully structured to challenge you, while also allowing you to push yourself at your own pace. The coaching, is top notch and very knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about helping you achieve your goals. This studio is not like other studios. BFT is a very healthy, diverse and positive community. I totally recommend joining this group, they bring the best out of you.

I needed strength training, recommended by my nutritionist and to help my running. When I heard about BFT, I googled it and all I saw was the squat rack and I was sold haha. Anyhow I became a member and I am really enjoying the strength training classes. I enjoy having more than one coach who is there to help you with your form. It’s not just a bunch of coaches saying “great job” “ you got this” and don’t follow through with making sure your doing it right. They really coach you and make sure your form is correct. I’ve already hit some goals and gains. I feel stronger. I enjoy the group training and the community. Maddie is so full of joy and spirit. The coaches are amazing!
