We had a fantastic time. Carla was helpful and encouraging. Amazed by what we were able to do. After seeing the pictures several of our friends want to try. Definitely will be going again.

First time doing Aerial Yoga and boy what a positive and awesome experience! It was both challenging & fun! Carla and Diana are motivational, caring, and provide guidance throughout the class. Everyone there helps one another, no judgement. Highly recommend!

It was my first time taking an aerial yoga class. Our instructor, Christina, was very patient with us and helped with poses if we got stuck (or afraid to fully commit to the flip). She also took pictures of my friend and I then airdropped them to us at the end of class. I've driven by this place many times. It's more space in there than it looks from the outside. I'd do it again.

Carla is a wonderful inspiring coach. I didn't think I could do this. I'm so unflexible but it didn't matter. I will be back.
