I have sent a cancellation email, tried to call but no one ever answers and no voicemail set up…. But of course they are still charging my card. Don’t sign up unless it’s for life. Equipment works but is old and wore down and definitely not worth the price of membership especially when you can get 24 hours in other places in my opinion. Hopefully the owner reads this so we can address and come to a resolution.

If you stop going to this gym they attack your credit. Don’t do business with these folks as there are many other gyms that don’t use dirty tactics like this to squeeze more money out of you after you leave. It’s more expensive than larger gyms $50-$60 There’s never anybody at the front desk, and customer service sucks. They use a very aggressive contract and their system will attempt to charge your card daily if you miss a payment. Cars get robbed in the parking lot Simply don’t do it, there are better options everywhere you look.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Unlike Golds or Tru, having to wait for a machine just finish your workout is just annoying. None of that here. I can get in and out no issues and staff is super friendly. Only suggestion I would make is adding a T-Bar to the equipment selection but everything else is great!

went here for the first time today & loved it! the owner greeted us immediately and was super friendly and accommodating to get us a guest pass. they definitely had a lot of machines i've never seen at commercial gyms before that i can't wait to try out the next time i come. it was also a super chill atmosphere with everything you need to get a good workout in without having to deal with a crowd!! highly recommend and will def be getting a membership

Location is convenient to work and home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym and equipment are clean. It's also very peaceful. I look forward to working out here, even at peak times.
