Absolutely a horrible experience. We have been members of this club for three years at this point. My daughters were part of the competition team. They asked for $600 for both uniforms, which we paid for. My daughters felt immense pressure so they told us that they did not want to compete anymore. We let the company know and they have not refunded us any amount of money. We have not received any uniforms. I went in person and spoke with the manager last week. She felt the need to take a copy of the paperwork that we received from the company. It seemed like she did not even know what paperwork had been handed out to the parents. No mention of no refunds available or all sales final. I am an owner of multiple businesses locally as well. It’s a shame that it has come to this. Still waiting on a result. I explained to the manager that we will be suing them in small claims court. I will keep everybody updated through the reviews. I will have pictures and proof available as well to explain the severity. Like I said. It’s a shame that I have to even leave a review or go through this small company in court. It is what it is.

Have reached out to the owner multiple times. Have waited for a response and have not responded. We have been members of this gymnasium for over three years. We are a local company. They charged us over $600 for two uniforms for our daughters. They are no longer in competition and they have not received any uniforms. We asked for a refund and they said that they do not give refunds. Please show me on this piece of paper that we received when signing up for competition where it states all sales are final, and no refunds are given. We have not received any uniforms and have not attended at all during the month of November. Still, they have kept our Deposit for the uniform, over $600, as well as the month of November which they have charged us. We’re still waiting for an answer. I talked with the manager and she is aware of all the issues. I explained that if I had not heard anything by today, I would be reaching out on Social media as well as filing a small claims court. It’s sad to see a small business having to go through the growing pains and learning the legal system.

STEER CLEAR and find a better, more reputable gym. This gym is totally mismanaged, unethical, and unprofessional. Quick to take your money but then don’t furnish promised goods/services. Then, when you try to get your money back they claim “we don’t give refunds” even though there’s nothing in any of the paperwork or handbooks we signed that states anything regarding not issuing refunds. We have made multiple phone calls to get this resolved but then no movement happens, we have physically gone up to the gym to get it handled but again no movement, we have requested to speak to the owners several times but have yet to hear from them. I have DM’d the owners several times on Facebook and nothing. They have over $900 of our money and the owners are dodging us.

I wish I could have left the gymnastics school on a better note but with their lack of communication as a business I feel the need to leave a poor review. We decided to pull my daughter from this school due to the lack of organization in their classes. They had way too many kids per teacher (sometimes 6 or 7) so while the instructor helped one child the rest just kind of did whatever. Also these instructors all looked about the age of high schoolers which I might have found a bit less of a problem if it was more organized but actual instruction time per student was minimal and sporadic; not really correcting the child’s form, just allowing them to do whatever. When I decided to pull my daughter from the school I was told I needed a 30 day notice which is in the contract so I had no problem doing so. My daughter missed 2 weeks from illness and then the school shut down another week to relocate. I sent messages regarding scheduling her make up classes before the end of the month because the membership would be expiring and I was left on read twice over a week time span. And now of course the month is over and they got their tuition payment but wouldn’t honor scheduling any of the make up classes from illness and when they shut the building down for relocation. Big disappointment for my daughter’s first gymnastic school.

We've been here for years. Coaching staff has loved our daughter well.
