This gym is my new HAPPY PLACE. Well-staffed. All employees are very friendly, attentive & very professional. Great selections and numbers of equipment. Group instructors are very enthusiastic and motivating. Very roomy & well-lit. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Recovery Zone & sauna. The staff always make sure they clean the beds so there is no smell & very clean. I feel good after working out and relaxed after going to the sauna, red light therapy and hydro-massage. Good membership pricing & worth every penny . 10/10. Highly recommended. Friendly Suggestion: Have 2 available computers to check-in member for Recovery Zone instead of just one.

Very very disappointing experience at this gym. I forgot my badge, and the staff told me they couldn't look me up in their system because the location 2 miles down the road (also a Crunch Fitness) isn’t part of their system. I asked if I could still try the gym, but they refused, saying I’d have to buy a day pass since they couldn’t verify my membership. What’s frustrating is that you’ll take me at my word that I’m a member at another Crunch location if it means I’ll pay for a day pass. However, you won’t take me at my word that I’m a member at this gym and let me work out without buying a pass. So, essentially, my word only counts when it results in you making money. I’m now heading to Planet Fitness instead. Sure, most of the people there are fat, but at least they treat people with kindness and respect, which is more than I can say about this place. Update I was skeptical of going to a gym with a hydration station sponsored by Pepsi. However, upon entering, I found that, despite the complete lack of free weights at Planet Fitness—the gym I was forced to go to because of the staff at Crunch—I found it to be... delightful. Everyone there looked homely, the staff was largely non-attentive, and the facility was borderline clean—exactly what I expected. Do I believe I’ll be able to achieve any of my goals at Planet Fitness? Absolutely not. Did I have a better chance over at Crunch when I was paying $200+ per month for a personal trainer? You betcha. Was it money well spent at Crunch? Absolutely. Would I spend that money again? Yes, yes, I probably would. But unfortunately, I can't—because their system doesn't communicate with the Round Rock location just a couple of miles away. Oh wait, they’re both in Round Rock. So, do I think I’m going to hit my fitness goals this year? Absolutely not. But hey, that’s what Ozempic is for. Oh yeah and they gave me a free Tootsie roll over at planet fitness. yum yum

I was really excited to join this Crunch Fitness location, especially since I’ve had great experiences at other Crunch gyms in the past. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark for me. The gym itself is new and clean, which is great, but it always seems to be at capacity indoors, making workouts feel cramped. It’s spread across three levels, but the elevator is unreliable, so be prepared for a lot of stairs. Booking an online class is nearly impossible, which is frustrating for those who enjoy group workouts. And if you’re coming during prime workout hours, good luck finding parking—the lot is a challenge. I really wanted to be a regular here, but it’s tough when I can’t even get in the building most days! Hoping they improve accessibility and capacity management soon.

Decent equipment, men’s locker room is small compared to the golds down the street. Sauna is nice. It’s always very warm in the gym, you will sweat instantly. I own some nice headphones and I can still hear the music from the gyms speakers. Super loud. Very loud.

24 HR gym not open at 4:30am. All the light are on, and music blasting. But doors are locked and no one is at the front desk. Even the open 24 hour light is on. Please notify your members of your holiday hours.
