Lakewood Apartments

I love this community! Be it freezing rain, or tornado, I never faced any difficulties. Every staff member is very polite and cooperative. They literally maintain the community space with discipline and cleanliness. The pictures are clicked by my mobile.

I have live here for 3 months now and I love it. The facilities are well kept and the staff always handles things quickly. I would have to say the best part of living here is the amenities. They have a 24 hour gym with lots of equipment. In the clubhouse their is a Starbucks coffee machine that is free to use during office hours. The pool is a gorgeous resort style pool that’s large enough for everyone to feel like they have their own space. They have 3 dog parks on site. I have nothing but praise for Lakewood Apartments I would highly recommend living here!

0 stars. Management didn't provide fob until 4 months into staying there. Management did nothing to resolve constant loud music & people that occurred the entire time I lived there. Apartment was cleared when I moved out then 7 months later I receive a collections notice for outstanding balance. I was never notified of any outstanding balance through my forwarding address or email. If you hate peace & quit or enjoy getting ripped off, this place if you. Far warning.

Horrible experience living here. My friend’s car was towed because it had foreign plates. Also the parking website doesn’t allow you to enter foreign plate numbers without entering the number incorrectly, so it was impossible to get an accurate parking pass for the car. Horrible management. It is almost like they are allowing A&A wreckers to entrap the resident and have them pay a towing fee.

My lease just ended and I can't say my stay at Lakewood was the most pleasant, when we first moved in, the apartment was a mess and my car got towed despite being registered and I didn't get reimbursed, a few months later my boyfriends car got towed despite parking in a spot we paid for only for us to find out management had made a mistake and we had been paying for a spot that someone else was already assigned to. The office won't give you a courtesy call before maintenance enters the apartment no matter how much you ask, and we had to call the office 4 times to get our AC fixed in 85 degree heat and rising. If you want to avoid multiple inconveniences and save some money, please look into other apartment complexes.
