Planet Fitness

Have been coming here for about 3 months now. When I went yesterday they asked if they could take my photo for their records. I politely declined and tried to go about my business but they wouldn’t let me walk away without the photo. The manager was rude. All I wanted to do was leave without being pushed into having them take my picture. Is this what I pay $27 dollars for every month?

Half the showers have been out of order for months. I've been coming here for a couple years now and I have to say the quality is really going downhill. there is a line for the showers and now there's even mold growing. I would recommend going to a different planet fitness, but ALL the gyms in Austin are out of order... I never have this problem at fitness connection and at this point I'll probably go back

The front desk people alone cause me to give 5 stars. They set the tone. Super friendly and helpful. Right now it’s post-resolution so it’s full of people but the facilities are a gym. It works if you know what’s going on.

Jayden and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience at the Gym. It's always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and they have new equipment! It's the best PF in Austin.

entire staff is 10/10 & the manager Jhealan really goes above and beyond with any concerns. the place is kept really clean & it’s overall just very welcoming. ☺️
