Erin is a phenomenal teacher! She makes you work hard, sweat, and perfect your poses. I enjoy the Slow and Sculpt classes, but they’re all great! I suggest getting to class 10 mins early to set up your mat, grab weights/blocks, relax, and get ready roll. The afternoon classes are fuller, but the morning classes are less crowded! I signed up for the unlimited membership to come as often as I want, and was able to purchase a slip free mat that I highly recommend! 😄

Y6 Slow Flow with Victoria was INCREDIBLE!!! If you come to this studio, you have to take a class from Victoria!! Her voice is SO soothing & she is so skilled with helping all of the class feel at ease no matter what level people are at! I loved her music and the flow was exactly what I needed!! I will be definitely returning! I couldn’t ask for a better class!!! Best of the best!!!

I’ve been attending classes daily for the last 2+ weeks and can latest feel an improvement in my movement and flexibility. I was in search of bikram yoga studio and this was the closest thing I could find in the area. The instructors are all good, and the variation of classes that are tailored to different students is great. I really like sculpt and flow yoga which incorporates yoga movements at the start and end of the class and in the middle there’s combo movements with weights — perfect class for strength and flexibility. This studio is very conveniently located, with plenty of variety in classes and schedule options. I’ve tried a few yoga studios in the area and by far this one is my favorite

Just moved to McKinney and trying to find a new yoga home. I booked a 6AM session today and to my surprise when I arrived at 6:03AM, the door was locked and although I knocked and beeped my horn, no one came to open the door. I could see them in the room, but they ignored me. Now, I get it. I was 3 minutes late, but hey yoga is supposed to be about flow and the reality is sometimes you’re having one of those days and need grace, especially when you’re getting up out of your warm comfy bed at 5AM to start your day with yoga. Only to get disrespected and left at the door. I visited another yoga studio last week (North Texas Yoga) and they leave the door open for you to come in as you arrive. I’m clear on my new yoga home now. Thanks.
