Organized is about the only good review this location gets. Front desk is ALWAYS rude and HOSTILE, seem to be so inconvenienced. Have no patience when explaining their “Rules and Regulations”. The opener who drives a jeep cut off and drove like crazy on the road to get to work on time, seems to make it a habit. They almost never have clean mats. Just would like to understand how the staff at the location on Custer has better training and customer service. Coming from an experienced lead front desk position these employees at THIS location are lacking some serious customer service training, or maybe it’s just their attitude. Sad

I was a big fan of this studio but am very unhappy with the way they are handling my account right now. The payment schedule seems to withdrawal whenever it wants, usually around the first of the month which is already a difficult week for any extra charges. I recently got charged for two months at once because the only way to cancel the membership is to go to the facility I started it at, and then I was told I cannot get a refund even though their services were not used because that’s what’s in the contract. So here’s my advice not to sign the contract because apparently it means they can do whatever they want with your hard earned money.

I loved the concept of this gym but regretted it almost immediately due to the cancellation policy. When you sign up, know that you are committing to a 5 month contract or will need to pay quite a bit to cancel before that. Doing a workout alone in a dark room isn't motivating for most people, so your money is better off being spent in an atmosphere like a public gym of workout class with a live instructor, in my opinion. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly. However, the last place I want to go when it's hot outside is a sauna, and the workout videos only got updated once in the time that I was a member, so they get repetitive pretty quick.

Absolutely love this location! Made the transition after a shoulder injury at another gym. The staff has been extremely kind and amazing throughout the transition. They take the time to answer all questions and educate me in my new journey. Lastly, I want to shoutout Case for being a sweet soul. Every time I come in she smiles, says hello and welcomes me. Thank you all for being amazing!

I love to run, but nothing beats my sweaty workouts at HOTWORX, my muscles and joints sing every time I walk into the studio!!
