**24-Hour Gym Review: An Unfortunate Experience on 12/24/2024** I have been a loyal member of this gym for 17 years, and my recent visit on 12/24/2025 left me quite disappointed. I arrived around 7:00 am, excited to enjoy a great cardio and lifting session. However, the day took a turn when I returned to my locker to find my belongings had been moved and a lock was placed on locker #40, which I had been using. I immediately approached the front desk to report the situation. A staff member accompanied me to the locker room, where I explained that locker #40 was mine, as it was a corner locker and easy to remember. After some searching, I found my bag in a different locker on the lower level, but unfortunately, a few items were missing. I offered to pay for the lock if my items were not found inside, hoping this would expedite the process. Despite this, the staff was hesitant to cut the lock. Instead, an announcement was made over the P.A. system, requesting the person using locker #40 to return to the locker room. I waited patiently for an hour, but no one came forward. After another 30 minutes, I returned to the front desk, where a different staff member informed me that the previous staff member was asking around the gym if anyone had used locker #40, but without success. After waiting another 30 minutes, I realized my time and the missing items were not worth further delay, although the principle of the matter was frustrating. My experience highlights a concerning issue: there are thieves in the gym, and it seems they receive preferential treatment over long-time members like myself. I would have expected better support in retrieving my items, but it appears a $5.00 lock holds more importance than a loyal customer's belongings. Please be cautious and vigilant with your belongings at this gym.

If I could give 0 I would... Easily the most disgusting gym I have ever been in. Everything is dirty or breaking, cardio machines will be out of service for months at a time. In the year I was there the city had to come shut down the pool area 2 times due to amount of complaints and filth. In the men's restroom, it was lucky if there was a day that did not have literal feces either on the walls, floor or around the toilet. Besides the dirty nature of the gym, the trainers are incredibly rude to members they are not training. I understand that they need to do their training with clients but I witnessed them kicking people off equipment or just taking the equipment from them. If you want a gym that has clean and working equipment. Go literally anywhere else.

This is the worst 24 hour fitness I’ve been a member with. It’s sad because the location has only been open about 3-4 years and is falling apart. Poor management and equipment is always broken. The pool and jacuzzi look extremely dirty and water is cloudy. The drinking fountain by the clock doesn’t work properly or have enough water flow to fill up your water bottle. The men’s bathroom is not maintained enough smells like urine and pee on the floors by urinal. Corporate needs to get involved.

We will coming here for more than a year. We requested many times to repair these machines. Nick the manager assure us this will be fixed by the next year. It’s been few months nothing fixed. What’s the benefits of platinum membership everything is broken here. This location worst than DFW metroplex.

Hot tub jets now broken for a few months. Yesterday met the maintenance guy in person at the pool, who said the jets were fixed. I said "You know the difference between bubbles and jets?", he said yes. However, that was not the case as this AM, bubbles bubbling, jets nothing. Not hoping for much jet fixing if the maintenance guy doesn't even know what jets are, but believes they are bubbles. Sad, just like Fairview club. Sad sad sad. 11/12 update. Was there this AM again, still NOT fixed. Bubbles bubbling, jets nothing. Desk lady will discuss with maintenance guy. Hopefully a new guy that knows the difference between bubbles and jets. But not really hopeful, and now even sadder. Also if you notice, I have posted reviews for 2 different clubs in the area. The "Response from the owner" is word for word, EXACTLY the same. Obviously auto generated. Confirming that 24 doesn't care at all. 12/4 update. Still broken as of my visit yesterday. However, ops manager (I believe) has figured out that it is an electrical breaker problem. So that's something. And he was very nice and understanding, so that's something too. Now if the jets get fixed, wouldn't that really be something!
