The amenities are impressive too, with a lovely pool, sauna, and the amazing Life Spa, where you can treat yourself to massages, facials, and other rejuvenating services after a workout. What I love most is how friendly the staff is; they genuinely care about helping you on your fitness journey. Great staff offering information I needed to become a member as a Silver Sneakers person. I'm pretty sure they are not compensated for today's visit. I look forward to visiting often as my cardiologist recommended.

Amazing fitness club chain! I’ve been a member for over three years, hitting up locations in Chicago, Florida, Boston, and Austin without a hitch. But leave it to Dallas—on my very first visit, someone swiped my sneakers from under the bench while I was in the shower 🤣. Cheers to the lucky new owner! Still, 5 stars for the club—top-notch as always, even if my sneakers have moved on to a better life 😆

I love this place. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is well taken care of. Facility always very clean. They regularly invest back into improving the facility. Just today they were repairing and/or replacing several weight machines and they are in process of construction of the steam room. This building has been around for many years however feels modern. I feel the price is fair for the cleanliness, constant improvement, amenities, and staff. Opening at 4 am on weekdays is a major plus as well.

We've been members here since 2005. Great employees, equipment, lockerooms, pool area, etc. everything is clean and organized and well looked after. This is definitely a top tier gym. I recommend this place .
