Greater Than Performance and Rehab

I am so thankful to have enrolled with Greater Than Performance and Rehab. The facilities are fantastic and have everything you could ever need to have an incredible workout in addition to other services such as physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. I personally really enjoy the infrared sauna that is available for members. It’s also a safe facility and I appreciate having a key fob that guarantees me access. In addition to the facilities, I have an incredible personal trainer there who not only helps me train but educates me to be able to do the work outside of our training sessions. I have also benefited from chiropractic services, as well. All of the trainers and the staff that I interact with are incredibly professional and helpful and there’s just a nice sense of camaraderie that is found here. I couldn’t be more pleased; definitely worth the investment.

Greater Than is my third space. I have been a member for over a year now and cannot say enough positive things about the trainers, staff and other members. The gym provides a safe, comfortable and motivating environment. The cardio and strength equipment is high quality, and the red light sauna is an amazing way to relax after the workout.

I am incredibly grateful to be able to train with Austin Ellis at Greater Than. He is truly the “secret to my success” and my “fountain of youth…” I have never been able to move and do the things I am able to— all while being almost 40. Highly recommend, facilities are always clean, trainers are always courteous, and PT’s always know how to get you fixed right up and back to going, business as usual.

Where do I start? Well, let's just say between life and just not taking care of my health, my body has aged and evolved into a train wreck, or something of the sort. But, things have turned around and I've been "rebuilding Rome" at Greater Than Performance and Rehab for 6 months now. I immediately felt comfortable when I first stepped in the front door of GTP. My physical therapist Brian Tee is phenomenal. He's done wonders for my low back pain and sciatica. He is hands-down one of the absolute best human beings I've ever met and now I am grateful to have him as a friend. He has and does give his all to help me, and he goes above and beyond even becoming a great mentor for me. All of the trainers there are NICE, and they CARE. I even started doing Pilates with Amanda B and wow that was challenging. She is so focused in our sessions, helping me to have the proper posture and movements and maximizing our time together. She too is a wonderful person and I feel so blessed to call her a friend now as well. I've been to many places over the years for various injuries, be it a chiropractor office, another PT business, a gym and so on. I've never been to a place like GTP, which also is a great gym where you can get a great workout in and sit in the sauna and enjoy sweating out some toxins. The owner Scott, he's done a helluva' job making GTP what it is today, a fantastic place for physical therapy/ rehab and working out. And most important, he's brought in people to work there that are the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet. Austin, Dre, Bryson, Amorak, both Amanda's, Brian aka Sensei, are all the consummate professional. As are all the others there that I haven't had the pleasure to work with yet. This is unequivocally the best physical therapy and rehab business in all of DFW. Write that down! Bradley Fowler

Awesome place! Nathan has helped me immensely with injuries and imbalances to allow me to keep doing the activities that I enjoy and be better than I was. Greater Than is always bustling with activity with folks working out, working with a trainer, getting therapy and having a fun time. Highly recommend!
