This apartment complex is the worst complex to live, for starters they change your pricing although in the lease contract agreement it states that rate while under contract shall and can not be changed. they do more renovations outside the actual units then worried about the inside,I faithfully paid them monthly and requested for maintenance to help with an ant issue it’s been 3 months and still no exterminators.please run elsewhere before spending your money here.there is no piece of mind living at this property, I lived here for two years and out of the two years the front gate has had more broken days than working days.Also be aware that this property does house felons without the knowledge of neighbors and lie about it when confronted.just terrible all around as well as their very rude staff.if I could rate 0stars I would.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Brighton Valley. When I moved out, they charged me exorbitant fees for damages that simply did not exist. I have photographic evidence proving the condition of the apartment was pristine when I left, yet they still billed me for alleged damages. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of tenants. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice and document everything meticulously, as the manager Nicole clearly cannot be trusted.

Been here 6 months now, love it here. The staff keeps everyone informed no matter what. Always answer calls and emails. But don't get out of line because they will send out an email if the community is not up to par, lol. I love that because they care. Neighbors stay to themselves and are friendly. I would recommend Brighton Valley for sure!

Very dissapointed in my experience with Brighton Valley apartments when my lease ended. I was charged a lot of money for carpet replacement, damaged blinds, and other things that I was supposedly i damaged. What Magament sent me a email saying Bryan - the past is the past and we can't do anything either you pay or we will send to collections- They were not able to proof they changed all carpets before I moved in and gave that response. So my advice if you wanna move here. Ask for recepits before you move in if all carpets have been replace, take pictures of everything if a blind is broken just the tip take pictures of everything because I am being charged for things that was broken when I moved in. I have proof and pictures, but management from this site does not want to do anything. Plus when I moved into this place I bought all new appliances(air frier, coffee maker, blender) but my surprise when I left all my appliances were infested with roaches... when moving out and cleaning behind the fridge, I realized there are millions of roaches in the motors from both the fridge and kitchen oven, so choose smartly when choosing this place. :) And about the carpets, they are showing pictures of stains .. places where I have my bed or my sons bed or my nightstands ... I think since they saw i had a kid, they were trying to charge me out as much as they could. Not the first comment on how they always charge a lot of money when people move out.

It's honestly a nice complex, sub par would be a compliment as far management is concerned. They have no regard for they're tenants, the matenance man always has a bad attitude. The Spanish lady in the office is always rude, and nonchalant.
