Unity Yoga Room

I came to Unity Yoga Room last year and feel like I never left. They offer a variety of classes to choose from daily that always feel calming and challenging at the same time, as well as weekly workshops I enjoy going to if i want to experience something a little different. They practice with open hearts~ making this such a wonderful community and a place to go and find your quiet.

Unity yoga room has become a second home for me. The community here is unlike any other. There is so much love and support. Other studios I’ve tried seemed to be more flash and show, whereas Unity is more heart and substance. Everyone is locked into their own practice. It feels personal every time I’m on my mat and yet fueled by community. I’m incredibly grateful for this space.

Unity yoga is the best!. I love it so much I’m a recovering breast cancer survivor and had many worries about what’s after cancer treatment, claiming my body, mind, and soul back. Unity yoga has been so wonderful, everyone there is amazing and very respectful of any challenges you might have or level of experience. If you’re looking to start or need a new yoga home you have to come join us for a class. Joy the owner is amazing helping me find my self again and getting back to who I am.

Unity Yoga Room is the best yoga studio I have been to. The classes are challenging while still being accessible to all levels. The instructors make every student feel seen and offer adjustments when needed. I love the spiritual vibe here which is something that is hard to find in other yoga classes. 5 STARS!

I found myself craving balance again in my life after taking a few years away from my practice. I noticed after one class this was exactly what I needed. I find myself going for the lessons and staying for the movement. The teachers are patient, kind, reassuring and educated in the practice and techniques. The community is so welcoming and the vibes are great. There are so many options for class times so I can't make up excuses on why I can't go. If you are reading this, I hope to meet you there. It is truly life changing.
