I have tried different types of workouts over the last few years. Being new to HOTWORX, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It has far exceeded my expectations. It calms my mind, strengthens and lengthens my muscles, and has been great for my skin. The variety of workouts available and 24 hour accessibility has been a huge plus. The MJ location has friendly staff and a clean studio. I highly recommend trying it out.

Me and my friend had booked a 11:00 free hot pilates session the day before, we walked in and waited 30 minutes and there was zero staff around, we tried calling the store multiple times. We called the hermitage salon and they were gladly to fit us in at 12 and they were so helpful!!

LOVE Hotworx! I used to hate working out, but since I've started at Hotworx, I am way more motivated. I love how quick the workouts are for my bust schedule, and how detoxed I feel after the workout. I also love the privacy of working out in the saunas and the flexibility of 24 hour classes.

Another poorly run TN business. The idea of communication, respect, community and family here is an absolutely ironic atrocity in the state of TN and this store is another example
