Pure Barre

I love Pure Barre! They have a variety of workouts and I love how the instructors approach, they let you go on your own pace and are always aware of helping you if you need help. I also love the music, they play different music according to the workout. No regrets! It’s totally worth every penny.

Love the community at Pure Barre Mount Juliet! You go at your own pace and don’t feel judged at all. The instructors will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you make corrections for better results. My daughter loves coming with me to the Mommy and Me classes. They also have have fun monthly actives and easy to reach goals.

I took my 100th Pure Barre class in May! It has been such a journey and I have made so many new friends. The community that Pure Barre has built with its members is amazing. I have more confidence than i have had in a while and the continued encouragement that the staff offers is unmatched! Thank you Pure Barre for making me feel great again! Now I’m on the road to my 250th class milestone!!!💪🏽❤️🤗

I joined before it opened and wasn't sure what I was getting into. As I approach 60 I wanted to work on flexibility, strength and balance. At Pure Barre I get to work on all 3 and more. I'm amazed at my progress and continue to be challenged, encouraged, and supported by an amazing team:) Pure Barre has exceeded my expectations!!!
