Powerhouse Pilates

Powerhouse Pilates has been such an escape for me. It’s challenging in all of the right ways!! Aly listens to you and your body and provides modifications/advancements when needed. She focuses on pushing you while maintaining your safety. I love it here & will be a lifelong customer!! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

I've had amazing classes with Aly at Powerhouse Pilates. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She provides clear instructions and offers modifications for all levels, making it easy to follow along whether you're a beginner or more advanced. The classes are well-structured, with a balance of stretching and strengthening. I highly recommend classes at Powerhouse Pilates to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being!

Aly is an amazing Pilates instructor and person. She has a wealth of knowledge that she’s eager to share and has such a positive outlook. Like others, I was skeptical to try it, but it’s transformed my body and soul. I wouldn’t go to just any studio. Aly is the difference! She’s gentle and challenging at the same time. I love my time with her and how my body feels taking her classes.
