I’m so happy I found Kaman’s Gym in Lexington, SC! I’ve tried other fitness centers in the area, and this one is by far the best. The new facility is spotless and equipped with top-of-the-line training equipment—some of which are rare finds. What I love most is that it’s never too crowded, so I can easily access the machines without waiting. The owner is incredibly friendly and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or just starting your fitness journey, Kaman’s Gym has everything you need. If you’re looking for the best gym in Lexington, this Is the place!

I’ve been training at Kaman’s gym for quite some time now and I must say I’m impressed with the quality of the gym and personal training. Kaman seriously packs in your moneys worth in each session. I’ve have noticed some very positive changes in my life since starting here. Don’t hesitate to give this gym a shot!

Kaman has a true gift for connecting with clients and providing top notch personal training services. He tailors a customized food and workout plan for each client that fits their specific lifestyle and encourages consistency over perfection. Consistency and encouragement is where I’ve seen a true change in my fitness journey. Highly recommend for personal training.

I’ve been working with Kaman for about 3 months and would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter what your fitness experience level is. He is super flexible with scheduling and definitely packs in your money’s worth in each session. He does a great job of walking you through every exercise in a way that’s easy to understand and making you feel comfortable throughout your session. I’ve definitely seen/felt positive changes in myself since I started going to him and would absolutely give him a chance if you’re thinking about it!

I had never used a Personal Trainer before coming to Kaman's. His workouts are always well prepared, challenging, and provide a holistic approach to strength training. In our first session, Kaman asked what specific goals I have for our time, and he has really delivered on providing varied workouts to improve in those areas. During workout sessions, Kaman is always upbeat, positive, and keeps meticulous notes to gauge progress. As a beginner, I always appreciate how Kaman begins each workout by showing me exactly how to do the exercise, emphasizing exactly what muscle(s) we're working on, and (in a very kind way) not letting me do reps incorrectly. He is also well-versed in nutrition and diet planning, and is always ready to answer any questions in those areas. Highly recommend Kaman, especially if you're like me and haven't used a Personal Trainer before.
