Review for [Fitness Center Name] ⭐⭐⭐⭐ AFC was exactly what I was searching for when I started strength training 2 years ago. The group fitness classes are the highlight for me! They are always high-energy and engaging, making workouts not only effective but also a lot of fun. The instructors are supportive and motivating which has kept me committed to taking 3-4 classes per week. What I appreciate most is the sense of community. The staff and members are encouraging and friendly, creating a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable. I highly recommend AFC if you are looking for a small fitness center. It's truly a gem in the community!

The Class: I recently completed an 8 week strength training class, which focused specifically on strength building for runners. The class was designed perfectly, with a great balance of intensity and variety. This variety not only made the workouts enjoyable but also ensured a well-rounded strength development. We worked on different muscle groups, incorporated various training techniques, and kept things fresh and engaging throughout the eight weeks. The Coach: Coach Sarah's expertise and passion for fitness and running were evident. As runners, we often struggle with injuries to some degree and she made sure to check in with us each week and gave us modifications for workouts as needed. Whether it was perfecting my form or pushing me to lift heavier, she was always there with the right guidance and encouragement. The Final Thoughts: If you're looking to add strength training to your life but don't know where to start, I suggest a program like this. Alliance Fitness Center is a clean facility with friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable staff.

My family and I have been attending Alliance Fitness Center for about a month and we can’t be happier with our programs. We have personal trainers who are the best at what they do, they built a program for each one of us according to our needs and wants and we have great results so far! The equipment is great and the vibe of the place is really friendly. We love living our health/fitness journey here. 😊

I’ve been working out at AFC now for the last 3 years and I am extremely happy with my results thus far! The first two years I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Showalter, and due to scheduling changes, started training with Cody Schmidt. I increased my strength and stamina working with Sarah despite having a few health setbacks those first two years, but over this past year, I have again noticed a remarkable incremental change in how my body feels while training with Cody, who is also a Yogi. For a while I had a lot of pain from a compression fracture and broken ankle, however after learning from Cody some additional stretches and techniques to warm up, I am now pain free. Cody takes the time to research my conditions to recommend a regimen that keeps me safe during a workout, but also challenges me to continuously be able to improve my strength training week after week. I have noticed I have much better balance, I am much stronger, and I have lost some stubborn inches through specifically targeted excersizes the he plans for me. I can honestly say I feel 20 years younger than I did before working out with Cody!!

I signed up for a series of classes geared towards runners. I have never been a weights person and I ended up loving it! Sarah was amazing. Even though there were multiple people in the class, the attention she gave to each individual ensured everyone got their own personal experience to push themselves. It was great! I liked all of the varied equipment that would be too hard to have at home like the sled! 10/10 would recommend.
