I’ve had the good fortune of taking Step (Works, Strength, Tone) classes with Michele Sanders for the past year. She is all one could want in a teacher, being clear and consistent with her directions (including showing alternate versions of moves), and dedication to truly helping and accommodating all the particulars of her lucky students. Michele always makes one feel welcome with her non-intimidating approach, laced with humor and self-effacement! She is a gem! She makes workouts downright fun! I can’t recommend her highly enough! I adore the pool!! So clean & the life guard was so kind, helpful & patient with my questions... the locker room immaculate & so considerate providing a hair dryer, as well as shampoo & a bag for the wet swim suit! 🙂 Joann Lott

Lacey recently gave us a call at home to check on us since she hadn’t seen my wife and me for a few weeks. She also saved an apple for my wife from “free apple day” which made her day and was very considerate. (Lacey and the front desk team are always so nice and helpful - especially to my wife who has dementia.)

This place was great; we attended a lacrosse tournament today and there were basketball lessons going on, ice skating lessons, ice skating leagues, people walking on a second floor track….lots of parking, crowded due to the nature of the tournament but relatively easy to find, good lighting and. I LOVED that there were clear Barriers to see the lacrosse players on the indoor courts, from a spectator perspective that was a win- plenty of things for me to walk around with my younger son to see while my daughter played or prepared with their team -with the younger one we visited many of the restrooms- it was a busy day but for the most part they were ok- it was fun to watch skating lessons and ice hockey as well.

Cindy is an amazing aqua aerobics teacher! She is fun, knowledgeable and tough in a good way. As a senior citizen I appreciate Cindy’s dedication to helping seniors exercise and balance. Love Cindy!
