It has been incredibly satisfying! The results are very impressive and I notice a big difference in my stride and golf swing. As we age we notice a difference in our joints and flexibility, I want to enjoy my QTR (Quality time remaining) and being more flexible and mobile is a MUST! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!
