This yoga studio is so warm and welcoming. The company’s goal is for yoga to be accessible to everyone and that it should be pain free. They help to give you options during the sessions to meet your specific needs. This studio offers several community sessions every week that are only $5 or the first month of unlimited sessions is only $30. The instructors here are truly passionate about what they do and will gladly assist you no matter how far along you are in yoga. I am brand new to yoga and felt like I received all the support I needed to thrive in the practice. You will see people here of all ages, people that are young to those in their golden years. This studio has a very personalized feel. I strongly prefer this studio over Yoga Flow because of the individualized feel that you will not find over there. You also have the flexibility of performing each session in the studio or via Zoom. You get so much value for your money and certainly will not regret your decision. Those $5 community sessions are a great way to get started and see if yoga is for you. You will leave feeling relaxed and with a smile.

Enjoyed my first class at Breath Yoga. The studio was very clean, nicely decorated and smelled awesome. Autumn was very welcoming and informative. I attended the prenatal class. I look forward to more classes!

Great place and great instructors. It’s a shame regarding the previous review. If you have a Google account, a picture on that account, can find where to leave a review, why is it that you can look at the schedule online?? Sorry, I know that is not very zen of me to point out, but these women have far too much class to respond with the obvious. Love you ladies and keep up the way you do business!!!

Have called this place numerous times this past week to see what times they have Yoga class. Every time I called I ONLY get vm! Left numerous messages for them to call me back BUT I never got a call from them! VERY poor way to run a business!!
