I've been taking classes from Apex since November, and while I have taken kickboxing classes before through my gym, Apex's classes are the best! Brian is a great trainer who works with you to improve form and always keeps the workouts interesting. The classes are relaxed and fun and provide a fantastic workout. I'm hooked (no pun intended)!

At Apex Boxing, each class differs from the last and will challenge you (in the best way possible). You’ll see people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. The instructor, Brian, is super friendly and laid back. He is always right there, ready to answer any questions you may have or to correct your form if needed. If you want an awesome workout and stress relief this is the class for you!!! I leave every class feeling great!! If I've had a bad day, going to kickboxing makes it better!! Hitting stuff makes everything better!! ☺️ Brian is a great instructor. He is right there to make sure you're doing every move correctly and encourages me when I feel Iike can't do any more!! I drive 30 minutes to get to class and it's totally worth the time!!!
