Elite Edge Boxing, Fitness, and Martial Arts

Elite Edge is a wonderful place with a variety of challenging workouts. The class times are convenient to accomodate my work hours and the community is one of support, engagement, goal setting, and fun. Bob provides workouts that cater to strength and endurance building, which is exactly what I need in my late 40’s.

Elite is more than just boxing! They have a great variety of classes including barre, boot camp and strength training. Great environment for all ages and levels. You are guaranteed a great workout and a few laughs as well!

Elite Edge Boxing, Fitness, and Martial Arts have provided me a great place to work on my personal fitness goals. Their group adult boxing, strength, kettlebell, and bootcamp have been instrumental in reaching my goals and beyond. The team of instructors are knowledgeable and helpful - ensuring that I’m maximizing my time and effort and avoiding injury or setbacks. The group of individuals working out at Elite are second to none. Like minded people, looking to improve and support one another in their goals.

I've had a great time training boxing here. Coach Bob is really good at explaining things and breaking down techniques. He hones in on the technical details and tells you what you're doing wrong and how to improve. I highly recommend!

My husband has been training here for about a year and he’s having a great time. I’ve interacted with Coach Bob and his family multiple times, and they’re such awesome people. They’re also avid animal lovers who likes to talk about their NUMEROUS pets.
