My kids are obsessed and as a parent, I’m thrilled. D1 is providing agility, strength, endurance, and sportsmanship coaching for my boys (9 and 7) via their Rookie program. They are learning proper form in a supportive environment alongside a great group of kids. They committed to twice a week and are already coming three times a week because they love it so much. Couldn’t recommend this program more enthusiastically!

We have noticed a measurable, huge increase in speed and strength for our 9 year old daughter. The growth has helped her performance on her club lacrosse and soccer teams and has given her a competitive edge. She loves working with Coy, who does a great job keeping her motivated and tying the training into her specific sports. We are D1 believers. The system works.

I have seen massive improvement in his strength, endurance, and agility. The trainers are very encouraging and push kids in right way in their workouts.

Awesome space for my ten year old to learn and train in all areas of fitness. As a young athlete in two sports, he is learning the importance of fitness required to be a better athlete. He is always happy to go and doesn't want to leave. Austin, Garret, Coy and Alan are all phenomenal in showing the kids how to put in the work to become stronger and more mobile! Definitely worth checking out if your child wants to elevate their training!

Started my son here little over a month ago. Great instructors and training program. They focus on several areas of improvement and mix up the exercise routine each week. Already see a difference in my son's physique and will get him ready for the upcoming baseball season.
