It's an average gym, there's nothing to complain about there. My issue is the hoops needed to cancel a membership. They will not allow you to cancel over the phone which other Planet Fitness allow (if you talk to the manager). They say I have to come in or send a letter. I just moved so coming in is not an option. Them making me send a letter feels like a cheap way to keep me paying, and is a policy that needs to be changed.

I wish I could give this place a million stars! Right from the very beginning, Alexa helped me with all of my questions regarding their membership, she is so sweet & helpful. Also, Doug & Hannah are so welcoming & always there to greet you at the front desk with a friendly hello & smile; a staff member is always cleaning/sanitizing the gym which is great to see as well. The entire staff is so kind & nice, great experience at this location!

Update: New weight machines but they still don't have anyone to clean the women's bathroom. Please clean the women's bathroom. If I'm one of the first people in there in the morning then that means the night shift and the day shift didn't bother cleaning it. This happens way too often. Less crowded, the hours changing sucks, not as clean as other Planet Fitnesses. This Planet Fitness location is closer to my work being that it's closest to the hospital, but my home gym is Downingtown. This gym I feel is a bit smaller and the layout isn't the greatest. This gym used to be much cleaner but the last few months the women's bathroom seems neglected. The plus side is this gym is usually less crowded. They recently got the new really good massage chairs, but they would be better placed in a nice cozy room instead of right by the windows. The new equipment in the 30 minutes workout section is really nice but it's very cramped in that section. A few months ago they changed hours a few time which sucks for people like me who need to start their mornings of super early. Especially their Monday hours. The staff at both locations are good but like everywhere else they seem understaffed. I usually get to the gym well before the sun has risen and the entrance is odd and not lit up. I've gone to this gym many times and still sometimes miss the entrance. Please put a sign there or even just some lights. Please!

I go to 4 PF locations in the general area and while this one has newer machines and is generally clean, it is hot in the summer, thus the 4 stars. The free weight area is a little cramped too compared to the other locations. The staff is always kind and welcoming though.

I really like this gym. The set up is unique and allows for some privacy. I also think the people who work there seem nice. Very welcoming.
