Clarissa helped me with my life long struggle with severe constipation. She starts with a detailed medical history, then nutritional review. She explained how the hydrocolonic therapy works and what I could expect. She recommended nutritional changes and supplements which I may benefit from. Clarissa explained the procedure and made it comfortable and discreet. I would highly recommend her. She is professional, well versed, detail oriented, compassionate and caring. I found Clarissa and Create Balance on a recommendation in my neighborhood for a massage therapist and I couldn't be happier. Clarissa takes the time to understand my needs each time I see her and make sure that I am feeling better before I leave. I like deep work, as my back is very tight and have never left an appointment disappointed. We also chat about other possible ways or treatments to help in between massages. I have been using Create Balance for over three years for my massage needs. I started going to Clarissa because she was one of the few masseuses who offered prenatal massage. I highly recommend getting massages regularly while pregnant, as I noticed a huge difference with both my pregnancies. Both with prenatal and regular massages, Clarissa is amazing! She always addresses any problem spots, has useful advice for between sessions, and is kind and compassionate. Her knowledge is quite extensive, as she also has several specialty areas for unique needs. I also love her location, right in the heart of Lititz, but still private, quiet and cozy inside. You will not regret using her services!

I'm selective when it comes to massage therapy, the therapist's ability, their knowledge and the environment they provide. Clarissa has all of this. Her competence and skills are evident by the actual therapy but also its results. The new space at Create Balance is beautiful, relaxing and spacious too.
