This location is a Silver Sneakers partner. Very nice facility, clean and well staffed with numerous classes, free weights, machines and a variety of cardio machines.

Great clean gym. However, hours are incredibly limited especially on the weekends. I miss going to the gym at night. The limited hours mean the gym is really crowded 5pm-8ish. Covid restrictions are also very strict. Cannot play basketball with my roommate can only play by myself. Unable to use squash court right now as well.

Hope the weekends'(Saturday and Sunday) hours can extend to 8AM-9:30PM, since most people have more time during the weekends. Otherwise, everything is excellent!

It's overcrowded in peak hours, both in the gym and in the locker rooms. There is 30 minutes limit for tredmills and other aerobic machines, extremely inconvenient if you want a longer workout. No swimming pool. No shampoo in the showers.

The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is modern, and the equipment is newer and well maintained.
