Brownstone Station Wellness Center

Had a fantastic massage today with Adrienne. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me exactly what I needed. This massage was worlds better than any spa I’ve been to, I would come back to see Adrienne in a heartbeat!

The brownstone is amazing. I’ve mainly practiced yoga there but have also gotten massages. I love Sonya, Crystal and Kara’s classes the most. The yin, restorative and yoga nidra classes are a great way to open and restore the body and they are so soothing and helpful. The brownstone is a beautiful welcoming environment with something new to do each month.

I love the atmosphere! I did scar release therapy with Adrienne and immediately felt relief after the first session! She is kind and took her time to get to know me and the reason for my visit. I felt completely at ease and comfortable during the treatment. I have told everyone I know with scars to connect with Adrienne and promise if you suffer from any pain related to scars, she will fix you right up!

Such a great class! I did the warm vinyasa with JJ (Julia was the teacher's name). It was a really comfortable space both physically and metaphorically. I felt really welcome even at my beginner-intermediate level. She gave several options and some people were more advanced (like the other yoga teacher just there to take a class). I had to run to the restroom mid-class and the bathroom floors were even heated (a nice touch)! I will definitely be going back for some classes when it fits my schedule.

I had a deep tissue massage here and it was wonderful. The space is gorgeous and it is located in a cute part of downtown Hummelstown. My massage therapist was very professional and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend!
