Very nice classes with beginner classes that are easy to follow and still give you a sense of accomplishment with also normal yoga classes allowing you to relax and get into different rhythms

Thank you Life in Balance for providing such a beautiful and welcoming space to practice. I was visiting my parents in Hanover for a few weeks and was looking for a studio to continue my practice. All the teachers are wonderful and I loved the space downtown. The classes are great for beginners or more experienced yogis. So glad I could keep up my strength and flexibility and give myself that important hour to quiet my mind.

It was my first time trying aerial yoga and I loved it! Amber was wonderful... very patient and helpful while the newbies tried to learn the aerial yoga maneuvers.😁 She was amazing with helping the younger tweens, too!
