Black flag strength is a convenient 24/7 gym that’s perfect for those with busy schedules. it has a good range of essential equipment, and it’s rarely overcrowded. The space is clean, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it ideal for focused workouts. Definitely seen more growth in myself sense going here

Making the switch to Black Flag strength was the best decision I made when it comes to my growth and progress in the gym. It's a friendly community, and everybody is fully committed to their own health and fitness journey. You don't have to fight with anybody for machines at high-traffic times of the day and they have all the equipment you could need to increase your strength. Great place, especially if you're focused on powerlifting or Strongman type workouts. Also, really nice to be able to open the garage doors and get a workout in with the sun shining (or rain pouring 😜). Overall a great gym and worth every penny!

Men if you are looking to get strong and build muscle then this is the spot to go. They have excellent equipment & phenomenal trainers. And ladies if you want a spot where you will tone up fast & feel welcomed you won't find a better one in the area. What a awesome friendly place

I've been a Black Flag Strength member for about 6 months now. It's a great 24/7 gym that I heavily prefer over several other gyms in the area, despite it being smaller in size than most. There's a lot of new specialty equipment (Rogue benches & fat pads, deep dish Rogue plates, GHR, hack squat variation, strongman equipment, Rogue power racks, REP cables, a couple unique cardio pieces, etc) that make it stand out over other gyms. What I really enjoy as a powerlifter are the several different high quality bars and calibrated kilogram plates available for use (also great condition still - new when BFS opened last year). You can't beat the quality of equipment anywhere nearby. Also gym traffic is low so no waiting - in fact many times I'm alone when I train. Most importantly, the owners are good people that care about their members & the gym. They have quickly dealt with any maintenance needed & consistently brought in new equipment over the 6 months I've been a member. Especially if you're into powerlifting, strongman, or any sort of specialized athletic or strength training, I'd highly recommend BFS.

Very Clean and Well kept gym. Enough weights to get anything done and a variety of niche things to make your workouts better.
