Never crowded, able to use any machine. 24/7, great price. Al is a great guy, this place has no online presence and is only word of mouth. Great for people who know what to do in a gym and just need a place to put in the work.

This gym is poorly ran. This gym was listed as part of Active and Fit and after many atrempts to reach someone I was told by the owner, Al, that he is no longer part of the program and hasn’t accepted Active and Fit members for many years. I felt that he may have not be truthful and had other motives for not wanting to accept my membership. I reached out to Active and Fit and was told that they are indeed a participating location so who knows. I just found somewhere else to take my business. They don’t answer the phone or have set office hours. It just doesn’t seem to be a well ran business.

Great gym. Worth the pricing. Has a ma and pa feel never packed except 6pm. Would and have recommended to anyone.

Great gym. This place has something for everyone. Wether it be a first timer or a seasoned lifter or just some one looking to get a little healthier.
